★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I ever had asked for a bit of extra sauce on 2/6 big Mary’s and the other big Mary’s regular and when we got them they were full of sauce all of them. So nasty and dripping in sauce. I asked the front older lady with glasses that they have too much sauce and I asked for extra on 2 and it’s way more then I ever got at any Mary browns. The lady said that if I want extra sauce and started yelling at me like I was the problem. They couldn’t even fix the solution just kept making it worse. If u want Mary browns please go to Marlborough location not this one.

Everything was good. Even the French fries was crunchy and fresh.. I would probably recommend this place.. Customer service are very friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good, though I'd say it was more mild than hot in the grand scheme of things.
I hadn't tried Mary Brown's in years so i figured I'd try again, but all in all it didn't do enough to stand out in a crowded field of spicy chicken sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I ordered the new product plant base sandwiches at Mary Brown’s today, but find out it was real chicken which made me disappointed and feel gross. I have never had chicken before because I have been a vegetarian over 30years. I have checked with cashier over 3 times make sure if she gave me the plant base chicken. She kept lied until I asked the owner come out and check again. Cashier is very dishonest over the whole situation. She also refused us to dine in at the store even we have our vaccine records on hand and there’s no sign of prohibition in the store. I will not come back again and disappointed the way she treats vegetarian customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here for a well-earned cheat meal. I'm a big fan of fried chicken and this place is one of my favorites. I don't even live near here but it's worth the trip because the food is always fresh and service is really good. Not the fastest fast-food restaurant out there, but the wait time is still reasonable even when they're busy. I was not a fan of their thick-cut fries before (I thought they got soggy too quickly), but I think they recently changed their fries to thinner ones which stay crispier for longer. Also, I find that when (who I presume to be) the owner/manager is working in the back, he is pretty generous with the quantity.
