The Italian Piadina is a staple of Italian Street Food in Italy, a flatbread originating from the Emilia-Romagna region (namely Forli-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini).For centuries it has been made from simple, fresh, wholesome ingredients. The dough consists of 100% artisan durum wheat flour, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Mediterranean Sea salt and spring water. The soft dough is gently kneaded and carefully baked to perfection right in front of you then generously filled with fresh, local, authentic Italian ingredients..
The Via Cibo Piadina is handmade right in front of you and then made to order by adding our selection of wholesome ingredients. The choices include an abundant range of freshly grilled chicken, grilled meats, Italian sausage, or roasted vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was outstanding. My friend and I ordered Coronas and were joking with the young man that we were sad there wasn't lime for our beers. Next thing we knew he had ran to the store and returned with lime wedges for us. Totally above and beyond. The rest of the staff were also super friendly. We tipped well as we were leaving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is about the same as any other Via Cibo. Pizzas and pastas are passable to good.
Unfortunately both times I've been here, the service has been awful. Food comes out inconsistently, making people watch theirs get cold while others in your party wait. The restaurant also does a tremendous Skip business, meaning the kitchen is always slammed.
Highly recommend you avoid this one. Lots of other great restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta is typically consistent and tasty. But today I ordered for pickup off their site, got home and realized that the Tuscan Fries didn’t have oil, cheese or rosemary on them at all. $6 for this box of fries… Quite disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place! while they have a fastfood type ordering system you are still able to sit down and eat and the food tastes amazing. I got the gnocchi and it was really good. the texture was very smooth and the gnocchi melted in my mouth. I would recommend this for anyone who likes pasta dearly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gelato looks amazing, the piadina was delicious. Pasta is usually pretty average. We had the lunch special, offered with a side of fries or dessert, and we were asked if we would like dessert with the meal or after. Two of us said after (the rest had fries) and expressed that we would prefer it boxed to go if possible as we didn’t intend to eat them with lunch. Both came out before the meal as if they were appetizers instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved what I ordered from here! I usually feel like there’s too much noodles and the whole dish ends up feeling too heavy for me to finish when I get pasta. But the dish I got here was perfect and super yummy! Even the bread that it came with was the perfect texture. Would definitely come back again.
Update:
I came back a second time and the single dish that I enjoyed turned out to be a monthly special. As in they don’t have it anymore. Both the items that my cousin and I ordered this time were way too creamy and not that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my toddler son after school, had to grab groceries and popped in here for a quick meal. Firstly the quality of the food is fantastic. Authentic Italian tasting food, quick and extremely amazing service. I was taken back by the professionalism in ensuring I received the correct order. Extremely professional, and great tasting food. There are so many fast food places nearby that cost just as much and don't care about the quality of service. I highly recommend this place. Amazing experience today that went above my expectations.
