Shainy is young, passionate and dynamic professional with a commitment to serving people. Shainy completed her bachelor’s degree of physiotherapy in 2007 and obtained her master’s degree in 2011. During her experience she had the privilege of treating patients of all ages and background in various multidisciplinary setting. She is trained in functional dry needling, manual therapy, Kinesio taping, Graston technique, post-concussion management, vestibular and temporomandibular joint disorder. Shainy is a Level 1 certified pelvic floor physiotherapist. She is passionate about helping those with a wide variety of issues ranging from pregnancy related pain and deconditioning, pelvic pain including intimacy, urinary and fecal incontinence. Her clinical practice includes manual therapy, muscle retraining and specific exercise prescription. She is always eager to learn more, share more and provide high quality service to clients using evidence-based research and techniques. Her goal is to help her patient’s move better, feel better and return to doing the things that they love. Dedicated to continuing her education and evolving her skills, Shainy consistently thrives to evolve her practice by merging the most recent, evidence-based literature with a holistic approach. I totally recommend physio, chiro, and osteopath services they offer - these guys are the best. Also, the staff at the facility is very friendly and personable. It sure did and still does by religiously following her strengths and stretching exercises. I am a 62 year old cyclist. 3 years ago I switched to riding road bike that puts me in hunchback position for longer periods. After a while I felt some pain on the back of my neck and over time radiated to my hands sometimes waking up in the middle of the night in pain, my hands numb and stiff which scared the night out me. After x-rays my doctor suggested to see a physiotherapist which I'm so glad I did! Being new in the city I went to this place because it's walking distance from my place. The first time I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and methodically walked me through the process of first visit. Appointments were always on time and definitely felt the warmth and care in the atmosphere. Keep up the good work team and looking forward to the next visit!

Dr. Vikas and his team at Goodwill Physiotherapy and Massage are doing an excellent job. I recently got my massage done at their McKnight Boulevard Centre and all I can say is that it was a fabulous experience. I had pain in my lower back and the massage therapist took very good care of it . I am feeling so relaxed as of now. The massage therapist was so good that I even booked my wife right away with them at the same Centre and will be getting my repeated sessions with the same massage therapist (Sophie). I would strongly recommend everyone to try them and I can bet that you will thank me for suggesting such a wonderful place. I wish Dr. Vikas and his team all the best for the good work they are doing.
