β β β β β Billing staff is very disrespectful & have been trying to force me to pay $40 for about 2 years . AHS has spoken to me and informed me my info is good , when I speak to the staff here they tell me AHS is misinformed & they will not attempted to contact them . I was also told βThe doctor will not be paid for helping you all the way back in 2020 & Iβve been billing for 14 years okay , I think I know .β I did not appreciate the guilt & power trip after I implied I was just someone stuck in the middle of a clinic and AHS. When I told them I was advised to not pay by AHS & spoke over me . Very uncomfortable situation to be stuck in the middle for the last year .This situation only happened because itβs not a known thing once you turn 21 your AHC will expire under your parents name if not enrolled in school . Heads up to everyone so You can avoid this .

β β β β β I was in twice to see Dr. Swart about an injury. He was great. Was very clear at explaining what was going on and the staff went over and above to get me an ultrasound the same day. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Was in today and seen a doctor. Very fast for first visit. Can't recall the doctors name but she was great, very informative and the staff at the desk were #1. Nice friendly environment

β β β β β I went to this clinic for nausea medicine, and after a few days I had to go back but when I tried to go in they said I should have made an appointment first and that I should call them the next day. Well I called the next day and they said they have basically no walk in appointments and that I can't make an appointment at all, horrible service making it impossible to even see a doctor.

β β β β β Worst service ever, went in with my son who had a really bad ear pain and fever, and the receptionist just told me they are not taking new walk in patients. It doesnβt say that on their website. It felt like the receptionist didnβt want to take my son in just because heβs having a fever and didnβt do a Covid test.

β β β β β I've been coming here for the last 15 years. Dr. Claasen is always a professional but also remembers my family between visits and jokes with us. Whenever we come with concerns or questions he takes us seriously and sends us for tests or to specialists quickly. I appreciate him taking the time to listen and help us. I do wish they would answer the phone over lunch as it is a challenge for me to call when I'm working.

My family and I have been seeing them for many years and they're empathetic, brilliant and always give top notch care. They've helped me through many good and bad times, they truly go above and beyond.

β β β β β I will start by saying that the two stars I have given for the review are meant for the reception/office staff. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
My 20 year old daughter was in to see a doctor about a possible ear/throat infection that developed after having Covid. Dr swart gave her a throat swab and basically told her nothing was wrong. Fast forward to this morning, when she was so sick she could barely sit up. Called and asked to have my daughter evaluated again. I went in this time and what do you know, she has an ear infection. I didnβt like that doctorβs bedside manner. I will go back to the clinic, as the staff is so good, but will be requesting a different doctor, hopefully someone who actually seems like they want to be there.
