About GoodLife Fitness Calgary Country Village and Harvest Hills For Women
GoodLife Fitness was founded on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek (Ah-nish-in-a-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), LΕ«naapΓ©ewak (Len-ahpay- wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run) Peoples, on lands connected with the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum. β β β β β Iβve been going to the Huntington gym location for almost a year until they just closed. I was really upset about having to get use to another gym but I have been pleasantly surprised with this gym. They welcomed me and my daughter with a smile and have been great. Iβve been enjoying the equipment they have that mine didnβt and really love that they have a separate workout room with its own equipment as well as the group fitness room. I like that they have lots of dumbbells throughout the gym, several weight benches, and two cable machines with ample attachments as well.
The only negative Iβd have to say is that the group fitness room is directly over the superstore bakery downstairs which Iβm assuming is the reason why it always smells like soggy bread after a class. Other than that itβs been a great experience so far.

β β β β β Very small, friendly staff. Not the best looking but right on top of superstore so you can easily access healthy food. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, so bring your own

β β β β β Great classes and people. I love how close people since itβs a small place. The only thing is that since itβs a small location is doesnβt have as many classes as the other larger ones.

β β β β β Love this place, always have because the staff there is so nice and helpful. I dealt with these girls named Alex and Liana today and they were amazing. They did everything I needed quick and efficiently.

β β β β β Small space, lacks quite a lot of machines however for the size of the gym they chose decent ones. Staff is friendly for the most part but could use improvement. I couldn't figure out how to start one of the ellipticals so I asked a staff member and she couldn't figure it out either, she just laughed, said sorry and went about her day. I wish she would have asked another co-worker for me or looked it up. She could have found a solution for me rather than just walking away.

β β β β β Ladies here are so fantastic and i love the atmosphere to workout! Everyone is so sweet, especially the staff! Overall a fantastic environment and a perfect place to workout for all girls! Glad that i choose this gym!
