And the lady who i talk in the front she was amazing, fast worker and all the only thing that made me stay there long is im slow at filling up the form :) keep it up guys. Thank you for working hard.
J	Jin Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment last night for the COVID vaccine for May 15th as I'm an educator that recently became eligible for the vaccine. The lady that booked my appointment in was super nice! Therefore the 2 star - if it wasn't for her, it would be at a 1. The next morning (today), a coworker told me that there were appointments available on May 6th at a closer location so I called to cancel the 15th appointment so I can get vaccinated sooner than later as I'm still teaching in-person. The Pharmacy team member I spoke to this morning, scolded me of Vaccine shopping, and how my actions may have led to someone else not being able to get their vaccine because I took the spot and then canceled it. When I told him that this appointment is still far away and that someone will end up taking it, he proceeded to tell me that I have wasted their time with this. If they were so worried about wasting Vaccines, I'm sure their answering machine wouldn't say, "We are not taking bookings for covid vaccines currently," and turn people away even before they reach to speak to a team member. And like many pharmacies, they would have a waitlist for cancellations. I think we would've wasted less time if he just canceled my appointment when asked instead of feeling the need to lecture me on how I "wasted" a vaccine. I understand that Pharmacist and Pharmacies are being bombarded with Vaccination calls but at no point should people be guilted for canceling their appointments - especially when they're 11 days away! Needless to say, I will not be going to this pharmacy for anything in the future.

Today I came into the pharmacy here and was told that the test wait time would be 5 min. It’s been 30 min now as we speak and no one has called me. The sampling time is about one minute only. Why is it taking sooo long? I am leaving now to do my test in another location.
