E	Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciate this clinic and their staff. I walked in for something super urgent and all the receptionists and clinic staff were friendly over the phone and in person. Dr. Mitry and Dr. Victor have been so great and quick to respond both during initial consultations and phone followup(s). I just want to say that we as patients can at least be kind and appreciative esp when the healthcare system is under so much pressure. So massive thank you to the staff at Infiniti Medical for continuing to work through all this ??

When I checked in they told me approximately how long the wait would be without me asking and took my phone number to call me when a room opens up. They had internet problems and lost the use of the computers. They were in crisis mode. They never lost their professionalism. They even offered us in the waiting room water. Didn’t mind the waiting. Highly recommend!

When I checked in with Dr. MITRY I just loved his nature. He did minor surgery to me explained my conditions with all my treatment options. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. MITRY.

When I called at the beginning of February for an appointment to have my anti depressants refilled and to have another assessment as I wasn't doing very well, I was told my doctor was away until March. They had refilled my prescription over the phone by another doctor but I needed additional support so I took the earliest appointment they had, which was over a month later but what I assumed was one of the first of the day at 9:15am. I left without seeing at doctor at 10am, no one told me they were running behind or gave me any communication at all until I asked in tears what was happening. This is why people with mental health issues do not ask for help. Making the appointment and showing up was hard enough.

We came across this clinic and Dr Mitry was accepting patients so we decided to give him a try. After talking to him and going through some details we decided Dr Mitry would be our family doctor. That was a good decision as he has proved to be a good doctor who listens to his patients concerns. He is kind and personable and shows he really cares about your well being. The staff there are excellent and take good care of you. We are happy we decided to put our trust in him.

I have loved my visits there, the front staff are always lovely and professional. The doctors are always knowledgeable, kind and take their time with the appointments/concerns. I have never felt rushed at this clinic. The appointments are fairly on time based on how busy they are that day. I have even been here for walk in appointments and not had to wait too long. I love that we have this clinic in our neighborhood, it is a god send with two young kids!

The Doctor there was patient and took his time to be thorough and reassuring of the diagnosis. Even offer further follow up and gave excellent service. I am really thankful for coming to this clinic.
