I gave this clinic a second chance after they became such a disaster of a clinic. THANKS to Nurse Practitioner, Karen Parker, I'm so very glad that I did! I was skeptical at first of a Practitioner but Karen was better then the doctors I've seen in years past. She took the time to really understand my needs and help me with everything I asked. Super knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this clinic now as I see that they are really cleaning up their act. New staff such as Karen and Tamara whom also was great, made my appointment and follow up paper work a breeze! You've won back my business, keep up the great work! Never thought I'd say this to a medical clinic, but I look forward to seeing you again soon. Cheers.

The phone doesnt work most of the time. Impossible to get an appointment. They never receive my prescription request from the pharmacy. The pharmacist says we always have this issue with this clinic. Im not sure what’s going on with this place but they used to function a lot better a couple of years ago.

I was here a few months ago and arrived for my appointment early and proceeded to check in with the receptionist and sat down in the waiting room. I waited over an hour patiently (I work in healthcare and get how busy it gets sometimes) and eventually went up to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. The same receptionist I checked in with earlier asked me my name again and said it wouldn't be much longer and I sat down again. When I sat down I could hear the receptionists whispering to each other saying I had never checked in. I stood up and told them I had in fact checked in with her. I then waited another 30 minutes and then she came over and told me the NP had gone for a meeting with a pharmaceutical rep and wouldn't be back until much later. I was so frustrated and had wasted 2 hours of my morning. The receptionist had tried to rectify the situation by asking if she could fit me into the schedule the next day and I couldn't because I was leaving town. The NP did eventually text me later that day and faxed my prescription to my pharmacy but did not apologise. I also emailed the owner of the clinic and received a response saying there had been some changes with reception and they would get to the bottom of it but got absolutely no follow up thereafter.

If I could give them lesser than 1 star I would. Don’t waste your time going to this clinic.Definitely don’t waste your time making appointments with them! You make an appointment weeks in advance and on the day when you’re driving to the clinic, on the way they call 30 mins prior to reschedule your appointment saying their system is being updated! Still decided to give them another chance, but once again same thing. Made an over the phone appointment with Dr Karen and I do not receive a phone call in the given time slot.On calling to find out why the receptionist on the phone says their system was down! The receptionist does not even have the courtesy to call and inform in advance. I still had some hope and decided to give them yet another chance! Made an appointment with Dr Karen a week in advance and on the day of the appointment waited over 50 mins in spite of making one.On asking the receptionist the Filipino lady how long it would be, she says Dr Karen has other patients, you’re next! My turn comes 20 mins after she said that! Another Lady who walked in at the same time waited pretty much the same time as I did inspite of making an appointment, so what’s the point of making one? Definitely not coming back to waste my time at this clinic!

Honestly I don't know what the issue is but I am constantly getting no-shows for my over the phone appointments or delays that last over an hour in person ones.... I've had good experiences once I'm actually attending the appointment but it can be disheartening to have to deal with the constant inconsistencies about scheduling and time management. The truth is I don't know who or what causes it but it can put really big dents in my plans for the day when I'm waiting around for a call or I'm sitting at the doctor's office for an hour past my set appointment time. I think that if you're looking for a new family doctor, look elsewhere to build that rapport, and it's not because the doctor's are uneducated or cold people, it's been quite the reverse experience for me frankly. It's just frustrating to feel like people don't respect your time. I'm willing to update my review if they can get a better grip on their time management problems.
