★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have waited over an hour to be called in when I had an appointment at a set time. I came with 2 other ladies and we all checked in to see Dr. Toma at 11:30am. They triple booked me. They literally booked the same doctor with 3 different patients at the same time. I asked the front agent to rebook me and leave a note that I came and left. I still got a call the next day asking me why I didn't show up to my appointment. Unprofessional and slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been seeing Dr. Toma since 2015 and we are so happy that she is our family doctor. She is loving and caring. She does so much. We are very thankful, wish we could met her earlier. All the staff that are working in the front are extremely helpful and kind, treating us just like their own family members. I would say this clinic reached 100% of my satisfaction, and I am highly recommending this clinic to everyone.
Although, I knew doctors in this clinic are not working for google rating and google reviews, but I still want to say that I have noticed some people are leaving unfair comments because of some customer service issue. It might be easy for you to write a post about some phone experience, but this is NOT FAIR for a doctor, nor their clinic, who are capable to do a lot more than phone exp. Others are going to use your comment to determine whether the doctor is qualified to treat them. That is a much bigger responsibility than helping someone to decide whether a restaurant is a hit or miss.
Guys, do you know, the doctors are so busy seeing and helping their patients that they don't even have time to have a proper lunch, and that is why I sometime see they are chewing a bit of food in between their patient. They work so hard by providing help to our health, making sure we are ok and skipping their lunch. I can go on with more examples, but I think I made my point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Melnik is our family doctor and absolutely lives up to all expectations of one. She knows and remembers everything about our family. The ladies at the desk always find a spot available. If we do leave a message, Doctor always calls back that same day and takes her time to talk to us and hear our concerns.
They are professional, helpful and patient.
Thank you team Rockford and Dr. Melnik especially!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website lists their availability, and states that it's subject to change depending on the physicians availability without notice. Arrived Saturday, only to find the place closed without a notice on the door or anything (please see attached picture). This clinic is basically open whenever they are in the mood for it.
Place is poorly ran, and managed. They have no respect for your time, look for a place that will respect your time and medical condition equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Melnik is a Wonderful and very caring Doctor who is willing to listen and does her very best to diagnose and solve medical issues as well as ensuring your necessary checkups are done to maintain optimal health. She is patient and understanding. She makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I am so grateful to have her as my practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Arina Melnik is my family doctor for many years. Being physically active person I am glad to have Dr Melnik my doctor as I never know what kind of medical help I will need next.
As any family practice some patient need more time what cause of the delay for other patients. It is not a news.
Saying this. Dr Melnik treats all patients regardless their race, religious believes and political views.
Please be respectful and do not bring your political problems into her office. She is The Doctor!
