Please note- this review is for the clinic itself and not the medical staff. SORT OUT YOUR CALL CENTRE!!!! Nearly impossible to get through to make an appointment. It is 2021- there are numerous options to consider when managing call volumes. Perhaps providing an online booking option would be helpful to the administrative staff who often appear to be fatigued resulting in an abrupt, borderline rude persona. I have been going here for 7+ years and the same problems persist- which is surprising. This clinic has a lot of potential and with minor front end improvements to the call centre and the general customer service interface- it could be top notch.

The staff never picks up the phone. Either its line busy or staff put you on hold for 10 minutes each time I call. They are too busy talking amongst themselves to not respond to calls as I made a call while in the clinic and they weren't even busy with other patients or other calls. One of the ladies her name is Yumna is such a rude person rolling her eyes at me and blankly staring when I asked her for some forms. I don't understand how management deals with this kind of staff being rude to patients.

Absolute farce of a clinic. Their phone system is useless. As a patient with chronic illness, I need at least two appointments per month and it’s EXHAUSTING having to wait up to 45 minutes to finally get a hold of the receptionists. Most of the doctors are also dismissive and unprofessional.

Dr Darwish is great, but as other reviewers have noted it is difficult to make appointments. I am virtually always put on hold, and I'm not sure if my appointment has ever actually started at the proper time.

I am exhausted by the process of trying to make an appointment to see my GP. The phone system doesn't even put you on hold; the number just "is currently not available" so you have to try calling 5-20 times over the course of 10-15 minutes or you won't get an answer. Then, the doctor doesn't even take the time to actually listen to you; you either get told what to do with your body and basically made to feel stupid, or the doc won't even offer medical advice. You can't even get a quick phone call appointment to renew prescriptions without waiting at least until the following week. I would love to switch doctors, but I'm just now fed up enough to do so and need a medication refill, so I have to wait. Edit: set up a phone appointment to get my medication refilled. They called over an hour late, immediately at closing, so I can't even call back to try to get the doctor. I won't be able to get in for another appointment for a week, guaranteed.

Started going to this clinic when my family doctor moved here. Now in the process of looking for a new doctor. As others have said, they do not answer the phone at this clinic so it's not possible to book an appointment. I asked to speak to a manager about this situation about a year ago and she assured me she was aware of this issue and was taking steps to remedy the situation. Obviously has not happened. Wish I could give zero stars.

My Doctor is a decent doctor but there has been a change in the management at this clinic and it is difficult to get in to see him no Matter what your issue without waiting for week at lest the front staff are not friendly not professional and not helpful my personal information sat exposed on the front counter directly in front of one individual who did not see it for 30 min while I waited and informed me her eyes don’t see up there???? I hope I can at least have the opportunity to explain to my doctor why i got a new one. I tried to but was Told I have to wait a week I’ll go to a walk in.
