I have been a patient at this place for over 6 years and I had the most amazing and wonderful doctor ever, however, he retired. When I booked an appointment to see a doctor this time around, they put me in with Dr.Benoit. I have to say hes one of the reasons that alberta health care gets a bad rap. Walks in, does not greet me, asks what the problem is. I ask who he is and then he snaps back at me saying if you dont like me I can leave. Talked in a very condescending manner to the nurse and refused to give me the blood tests I asked for. Backing it up with how hes been in the practise for 30 years and then just leaves. Terrible beyond words. However, on a later visit, I had a different doctor that was a significant improvement over the last experience. The staff are friendly and nice but can be a bit careless in booking appointments or sending records elsewhere. The management is a little rough around the edges and could use a little attention to detail but clean and new establishment.

I have had multiple experiences at this clinic that have been extremely unpleasant. This is the most unorganized clinic I have ever seen. One time, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, they told me they had given my appointment to someone else because they assumed I wasnt going to show up. I wasnt even late. Another time, I went in with two different symptoms/concerns, they said we can only address one, you will need to book and call another appointment for the other concern. When I call to book an appointment, I am often placed on hold for upwards of 20 minutes and sometimes forgotten or have been hung up on. They never call me back with tests results, they forget referrals, you constantly have to call and followup with appointments and referrals. Wait times are terrible, Even with an appointment, Ive had to wait for 35 minutes just to get into the exam room, once I was in, I had to wait another 44 minutes for the doctor to come in, waiting almost an hour and half after my actual appointment time. The staff is very inattentive and short. This is a terrible clinic, I am looking for a new one.

I've been to this clinic a few times as a walk-in and am looking forward to finding my family doctor here. Staff were very friendly, and I actually felt like the doctor was listening to me when I spoke. I didn't have to wait long at all as a walk in, and was called within 24 hours of getting my blood work done to go over the results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kodyban's for many years, even before he was at this location. Staff at this location have always been professional and helpful. Always able to get my daughter or I in for an appointment quickly. Fantastic and knowledgeable. Dr. Kordyban always goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable in many areas of medicine. Couldn't ask for a better doctor or medical clinic?

Dr Kordyban is hands down the best doctor I have ever met in my life. If he moved to a different city, I would probably move there as well.

If you can avoid this place, avoid it. Dr. Kordyban's lack of professionalism was disturbing to me, and not what one should expect from a medical professional. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and some respect. An edit: When I wrote this review, I was surprised to see the positive feedback from other patients. I am surprised to see even more. Considering I am still soured by this experience, I'd like to add a little bit more detail: I had to advocate for myself, which is one of the most pathetic problems one can experience in the medical system. Kordyban ignored my history with the problem and moved me into his office where he, I kid you not, asked: "What do you want me to do about it?" I had to do this man's job for him. He relented but tried to scare me away from an ACTUAL SOLUTION. I get the impression that he is a total quack. That works for some people... but I left that office (including the front-end staff, as others have pointed out) running. When I went elsewhere for a second opinion I found a great team. I'll avoid any further commentary, but I'm sure you get the gist.

I have been going here since I was a kid, and I love visiting my doctor, but the front desk staff really frustrates me nearly every time I go. I have had issues with them breaching patient confidentiality in the past, by loudly stating my medical information in the waiting room. Last week I made my appointment for β€œnext Thursday” and I showed up today and apparently my appointment was for Thursday, October 7. There’s no way that was my mistake, yet somehow I take the blame for it and go another week without medications I need. Front desk just needs to do better.

Dr. Stukowski has been my family doctor for 20 years. She herself is a good doctor, however the time management of this clinic is so poor. Every appointment I have had I have waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time with today being over an hour past. I eventually just left because I do not have that kind of time to wait. It would have been nice had the receptionists let me know that the doctor was running behind. Instead they led me to the patient room and left me there for an hour.
