S	Sean Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Cancare. We have had three boys (11, 8 and 3) attend this wonderful gem of a Childcare Centre, with our youngest still there. The staff know all of the kids in the Centre. Over the eight years as clients, we have seen little staff turnover (and we still encounter retired staff locally who ask about our boys). Our two oldest were relatively easy kids, but our third child is quite "spirited". Cancare worked with us and the growth in our child has been amazing. All of our kids rave about the "banana loaf" and they all love the playground and teachers. Top all of that off with good managers and bus service provided to local schools - we feel exceptionally lucky to have access to the Cancare Child Centre in the NW.

The teachers have been amazing with the kids and provide enough details about their day to show that they actually care. My kids and I are always happy about the amount of indoor and outdoor activities that are planned each week. Also the daycare provides transportation to and from school which is a huge benefit. The clean environment and moderate routine just add to my peace of mind in having my kids here.

We feel that she is learning a lot from the school because she always talks about the things which she does at school. We are thankful to the Faculty and staff to provide a loving, nurturing, responsive and healthy environment for our child. I really appreciate the program supervisor Mrs. Amandeep kaur who always there to help us and interacts individually with children as well as parents.

They did a phenomenal job with communication and helping our child transition in and out through the pandemic and other circumstances in our family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone and look forward to sending our next child here as well. Fantastic team and facility, all around. Could not be happier with our experience so far!
S	Steph L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our time with Cancare Scenic Acres was over 5 years, with 2 boys, and we had an excellent experience. The staff were loving and very much cared for my children. They took the time to get to know me, as well, and I certainly felt supported. The daycare offers daily structure and routine, fun activities & "special event" days, meals, and some walking day trips for the ones a wee bit older. I have felt heard each time I have come forward with a question or concern-- and any queries immediately addressed. We have recently transitioned to the Arbour Lake Cancare for Kindergarten transportation and I feel the managers went above and beyond in making the transition seamless for both me and my child. My boys have felt loved by the staff--and as a family we felt that our contentment mattered.

The center is always clean and organized and the rooms have a lot of natural light which is very important to me. When I first met the director I was impressed, she was professional and answered all my questions and since then every time I have approached her she has been courteous and responded to my child's needs immediately. The staff are the best part of this place, they have cared for my son like a family member would have. The people they hire are kind, caring and go above and beyond for the children. They know each child by name and care for them as individuals rather than just another number. The food is also freshly prepared from scratch each day. I could see the lady in the kitchen making the food everyday, there is nothing processed or brought in from somewhere else here. Is it the fanciest daycare with the latest smart technology, fancy gym instructors and flashy toys? no, and it doesn't matter to me because the people I am leaving my son with are taking the best care of him possible and I can go to work with a clear mind knowing that he is well taken care of. Would totally recommend this place to any friend or family member.

He is always very happy to go to daycare. The staff are caring and treat the children like family. Cancare provides excellent structure and programming, a lots of age appropriate activities for the children to do. The management always provides a fast response whenever I ask anything about my son. I would happily recommend Cancare to look after your little ones, mine is happy every day.

My son's confidence and grasp on difficult concepts flourished this year, and we know it was in no small part to the guidance offered by the staff at the Cancare center. Additionally, we have been so grateful for the standard of care and attention to details with regards to the ever-changing protocols during what was one of the most challenging years for our world. Thank you to Amandeep for her leadership through this uncertain time. My son brought home numerous crafts and told me about his day with delightful enthusiasm - excited to tell me about the adventures he had been on! Any concerns were always met with patience and flexibility - the staff always stated their priority was for the wellbeing of the individual child first and foremost. As a parent, this is all we want to hear! In short, we were very happy with the service, standard, and overall excellence from the staff at the Cancare daycare.
