★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Their fax machines and printers are always breaking down. They do not send important documents to specialists on time and never follow through with what they are supposed to do. They love to give out medication so be careful and do your research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Docrat has been the most thorough and careful family physician that I have ever had (I'm in my late 60s). He has been excellent in requesting tests to confirm or clarify his diagnosis and monitors his patients by limiting renewals of prescriptions and always requests blood tests to confirm the effects. I have always had prompt attention to any health issue and have never had to wait days to see him. Usually an appointment can be found the same day or at least the next. Bottom line - I am a very satisfied patient and recommend him to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child just had the worst experience one can have at a doctor's office. The nurse/front desk administrative person (don't really know what's her title as she's doing everything) yelled at my 3 year kid because she didn't follow instructions. Horrible! My kid was scared and she didn't even give her a chance to process the fact that she's at a doctor's office. My husband tried to explain to her that our daughter is scared, but she continued to ignore him.
When I made the appointment, I told the office that we've just moved from out of the province and that there was a mix up with my kid's Alberta health card so we're still waiting for it. They said that we'll have to pay upfront, and we were ok with that! We didn't know however that we must pay in cash because they don't accept credit/debit cards. During the visit, she disrespectfully asked my husband if we're legal in Canada! (WTH) then continued to telling him to go now to the ATM and get the money. Worst service ever! Between the disrespect and my child's traumatic experience, we've decided to not continue with the appointment and to find another place.
(NOTE: this is NOT a review of the doctor, as we didn't get through with the appointment. This doctor could've been the most amazing doctor, but having unprofessional staff made this experience horrible for us.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started coming a few months ago. We were pleased to find a husband and wife team. They are kind, polite, thorough and listen to your needs! I had some other physicians who wouldn't look twice at an issue I came to them with and these doctors are quick to act in your favour. Very happy to have found them. I also haven't had to wait in the waiting room for extended amounts of time! That's a thumbs up for me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a family doctor and called this clinic but I got a very weird answer. The attendant talked to doctor and called me back with answer "Doctor said that he would like to see me if I am a good match". This is ridiculous. As a professional he should treat patients instead of judging the personalities of the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had excellent service from Dr. Sader. I've always gone in with my appointment previously booked. Very easy to do. Wait times normally reasonable. Friendly competent office staff. Dr. Sader takes the time to listen to my complaints, asks pertinent questions, waits for my responses then offers his medical advice. During Covid, he called me at home in the evening to follow up regarding an issue previously discussed. Not many doctors do that any more. Always professional and personable. Not sure what more you could ask from any Doctor.
