★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are kind and friendly, space is clean and quiet, doctors listen and are respectful and happy to help. Only drawback is they only book same-day walk-ins, and you have to call very early to get in. Worth the effort if you need help though

The front staff are also amazing, always friendly and helpful. The clinic is alway very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family doctor moved to Silver Springs, though it’s train accessible. and she’s super kind, empathetic, understanding and smart. Don’t think she’s taking new clients, though you may be lucky enough to cross path with Dr. Agata Nowinka. Also want to add how spotless the Silver Springs clinic is, and give all the staff a fine stars, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff are wonderful and would go beyond for patients. I went to pick up a laboratory requisition but it was not there, the staff called my doctor personally to get the requisition as she was not on duty at that time, it was the best customer service from a doctor’s office I had. Dr. Michelle Evans would call you back for laboratory results as soon as she has it instead of you calling back for a follow up consultation. All the best to your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful caring staff, flexible and accommodating even with increased pressure with the current Covid pandemic.I have been a patient of Dr. Adriano’s for approximately five years and he’s always provided me personalized care, thorough answers to my questions and availability. He listens, is compassionate and knowledgeable, and won’t hesitate to refer to a specialist if he thinks it’s warranted, which has helped immensely. I trust Dr. Adriano with my health care needs and the needs of my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my great experience with this clinic. I just figure out that we were pregnant but it will take a month for me to be able to see my family doctor. My first pregnancy was not successful. By the time I saw my family doctor, I already lost my pregnancy. So this time, I decided to do a walk-in at Silver Springs Medical Centre so I can see a doctor right away and not to wait for a month for my family doctor. I would like to give credits to Dr. Dr. Alvin Adriano for looking after me, when my family doctor is unavailable. He was the first doctor in Canada that would request a follow up phone call check up. Normally, it is the patient that will have to call the clinic and book it. Silver Springs Medical Centre staff called me to book me an appointment as per Dr. Alvin's request. I appreciate the extra miles that they do to care for their patients. Unfortunately, the doctors in this clinic are not accepting new patients as I would be more than happy to have any of the doctors here as my family doctor. Nonetheless, I still appreciate the extra miles they do even for a walk-in patients.
