β β β β β Unprofessional & rude front office staff which includes not respecting patient privacy by speaking loud enough that other's can overhear confidential information while seated in the waiting room. This isn't a one time thing but occurs often.

β β β β β The doctors are great, Iβve been going here for years. Noticed a change in front desk staff. They are unprofessional and rude on the phone and in person. I am considering leaving and do not recommend my friends and family here, Iβll tell them to go to another clinic now.

β β β β β Dr. Bhangra is an excellent physician. He is attentive, smart, informative, kind and considerate. He is interested in my health and well-being. I feel very fortunate that he was willing to accept me as a new patient.
As well the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with them!!

β β β β β The worst receptionists, careless staff. The doctors have always been above and beyond and so were the front desk clerks, until the new management took over. So unprofessional over the phone and in person. From raising their voices, neglecting privacy, hanging up on you and never having empathy or trying to help. They yelled at my grandmother for wanting to only see her doctor. I spent an hour in that waiting room recently and saw for myself the complete chaos on front end. My family has been going to Royal Vista Medical clinic for years and we are considering other options if they do not hire trained, professional MOAs!!!!

β β β β β Horrible reception service. Tried to call for three solid days calling in 10-15 times per day during their business hours because we needed to reschedule initial appointment. Never had call answered and no option to leave a message. I am sure someone would have liked our appointment spot if we could have let them know. Thankful we found a different family doctors office that actually answers the phone.

β β β β β I donβt know what happened to this clinic. It used to really people friendly. Iβm not sure if this is a result of new management taking over. Thereβs no way this clinic phone line is constantly busy for 2 hrs straight. Closing time or few hours after opening. I couldnβt get through, not even to one receptionist to rebook my appt. You couldnβt leave a voice message. Thereβs basically no other option to do other than, Iβm not sure if they really want us to go over there in person to book an appointment. Excellent doctors but the receptionists will be a downfall to this clinic if they donβt change certain things. Previous receptionists were extraordinarily helpful and kind. Now though, basically, they pick up the phone when they want to or you get a call from them whenever they feel like calling.. please check other recent reviews of this clinic. Everyoneβs been having problem with this clinic I know itβs been tough everywhere with COVID and whatnot. But if they say, they are too busy to attend the phone, their business is doing really well so they should probably consider hiring more staffs and add an extra phone line so people arenβt left wondering as to whatβs going on.

β β β β β I used to really like this clinic, and the doctors and nurses are great but a couple years ago they got new reception staff and now it's a total nightmare even getting on the phone with anyone. The receptionists are rude, even the phone message sounds rude.
I understand the pandemic has stressed everyone out, but there's no excuse to stop treating people kindly. I literally stood in front of the reception desk for 10 minutes waiting for one of the receptionists to be willing to talk to me. Reeception will put me on hold for 15 minutes before even saying hello when I call. It's ridiculous.
