★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although all the phones were down for the morning, the front desk staff were still polite (despite the chaos of having no working phones). Nurse Samantha is very friendly and chatted with me for quite a while as I waited for Dr. Chia and his resident. His resident was polite and friendly. After she took my ‘history’, she left for a bit. Then when she came back Dr.Chia was with her. Dr.Chia addressed my acne issues and scarring.

Recommend to arrive early to ensure finding a parking space in the front of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars for Dr.Chia. He is exceptionally informative and kind. Unfortunately I have to say the receptionists are extremely rude and blunt. Been to this dermatology office many times and have never had a good experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to seek treatment from Dr. Woolner for my hormonal acne. He did not make any recommendations other than routes that I have already tried even after I verbalized I had no success with those medications. I repeatedly told him that those treatments did not work and yet he would cut me off and discredit my accounts. I asked for other options and I left with prescriptions for two medications that I’ve used multiple times with no success. His communication skills were inept and therefore his knowledge presented as non-existent. Not to mention that he talked down to me and lacked any sort of appropriate bedside manner. My whole experience at Northwest Dermatology was not one I would not recommend for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sickened at Dr. Woolner and his entire practice. After attending a visit with my sister I saw first hand what knowledge he lacked and how he belittles his patients. He spoke over his patients concerns the entire visit and prescribed a drug that my sister was already on with no success. His demeanor was also unsettling and I felt very uncomfortable being in the exam room with him as a younger female. I highly recommend going anywhere else for help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chia is such a kind and pleasant doctor. His staff is lovely, as well. I enjoy dealing with Samantha when I have questions. As for Dr. Chia, I just can’t say enough good things about him. He helped determine some difficult diagnoses and I am ever so grateful.
