Omid, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. His service was outstanding and we would recommend going to Dreamology over any other place (specifically the well known, bigger competitors). Dreamology has very competitive pricing and we ended up purchasing from here because of the exceptional service and unbeatable prices! Go now, even if you aren’t in need of a new mattress right away because it was relaxing and enjoyable ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unparalleled customer service- that’s our experience in buying our dream mattress with Omid . He gave us the best value and kept his promise to deliver within a week of purchase. With Omid’s recommendation we bought Stearns and Foster Orleans . I able to sleep well and wake up with less stiffness . Not only that, he personally came to our house and fix the height of our adjustable bed frames (not an easy feat as it already have the mattress on it)!. This store is highly recommended - it’s local owned and the after sales service can’t be found anywhere else in the area.

The mattress with boxsprings ended up being too tall for our frame, and they gave (cost-effective) ideas for how to lower the height without violating warranty terms from the manufacturer. Awesome experience and we love the mattress and pillows.

Owner was incredibly helpful and recommended a gel side sleeper pillow. It's the comfiest pillow I've ever laid on and I love it! I would definitely recommend coming here and shopping local!

Ozzy was so helpful, patient and understanding. He asked a number of questions, made me take my time trying options out to find the correct set up for me and I could not be happier with my new bed :)
10/10, A*, 100% recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner uses really shady business practices. He tells you can return or exchange it without any issues or additional cost then turns around and says there is a 300$ delivery and 700$ "full price difference" because the original was "20% off".
Beware the "20% off"; it is not real, he just tells you that so he can charge you a fee on exchanges because the exchanged one will be "full price". He will keep telling you that he doesn't charge a fee like other stores.
He gives you the run around when you try to do the exchange. It's hard to get a hold of him and when you do he gives you his speech about how he's doing you a favor, and how he's losing money, he has to talk to the factory.... At the end of it all you're charged more.
I've had to follow up by calling 3-4 times to see when he would refund the purchase (things still hadn't arrived, and extra hidden charges for exchange). Tried to work with him and just pay another $700 to get what we wanted with an exchange. (this is a 3k mattress, now we're stuck with something we didn't want)
Tried to cut my loses after not getting what I wanted and get a refund for the extra 700$ he charged me and completely be done with this whole ordeal but he starts ignoring me and say he has other customers and just kicks me out.
*Edit: This owner stole $700+ from me! The purchases were over 10k! And this is how you conduct yourself!? I really hope no body else gets scammed by you; nobody deserves to be treated like this! Absolutely disgusted!

Came in not too long ago and dealt with Omid. Overall experience was great! Omid knew his mattresses, was patient with my family and I and didn't pressure/force us into anything, ended up buying a mattress, couple pillows and bed cover and no complaints. Definitely recommend! Thanks again Omid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new pillow and I went to Dreamology because their website boasts a wide range of quality products from good companies and is a local company. I originally bought the Lotus low loft memory foam pillow. That night, it gave me severe neck pain when i slept on it and I couldn't use it again. It was a final sale but I contacted the owner, Omid, and he made an exception when he found out what had happened and how disappointed I was. He very clearly cares about his company and about the satisfaction of his customers.
