Booked my appointment and when I showed up they told me I missed the meet and greet appointment and they would have to check with the Doctor whether she would take me or not because she doesn't usually take people who missed their meet and greet appointment even though I was clearly there waiting to have my meet and greet appointment! So unprofessional and disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is in regards to Dr. Keays. Dr. Keays is a wonderful doctor. Straight to the point, informative, and kind. I have found the staff there to always be friendly and helpful. I'm very glad to have found this clinic for myself and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Laverty has poor bedside manner. The receptionist Kim is completely hopeless, has no people skills. I am personally offended and utterly horrified at my experience here. I would never go back much less recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is to Dr. Laverty. I am not her patient but I see when she talks, she is very rude. She is late one time, then she blames others that took her parking spot, but there are LOTS OF parking spots available at the time. That patient apologized and said that she missed the "reserved for doctor" sign, then Dr. Laverty keeps saying " Can't you read?! I am pissed!" I think being a patient, you are feeling bad already. The last thing you want is having a doctor talking condescending to you, and making you feel like you have done some terrible things to her. I don't think Dr. Laverty is professional at all. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Her office is very organized and efficient and reception will try to fit you in to see her if required before the next available appointment.
