About Flowtion Café & Mobility - Yoga Studio
Our aim is to actively participate in the community of Hawkwood and surrounding neighbourhoods by offering programs and developing strategies that help community members share among themselves.
Flowtion Cafe’s intent is to source from as many local suppliers as possible in line with our philosophy of being a model community member.
The offering of Yoga and Flowtion classes with a coffee shop that serves healthy drinks and snacks, and the sale of casual yet elegant apparel (coming soon), all under one roof, allows for people to embrace the lifestyle in fairly simple terms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent all morning into the afternoon studying in the Café. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and there was always someone to have a nice chat with whenever I needed a break!
The owners were present the whole time and very welcoming, it feels like a Latino home kitchen! I observed the owners talking with family, friends and patrons in a very genuine way. They really care how their community is doing and it is really evident in the way that they act in their studio and café!
The coffee was excellent, a shot in the dark, and the owners kept it full without prompt which is very much appreciated, it feels like I am being taken care of!
They also happily made a delicious adjustment to a menu-item to suit my dietary request. Soup and bagelwich reccomended!
Small gestures go a long way for me when it comes to Cafe or restaurant patronage and Flowtion was full of them!
Amazing people, amazing prices, amazing food and drink.
Looking forward to dropping into a Yoga class! I would sign up long term if I wasn't leaving Hawkwood!

The cafe side is a great place to gather with friends for a coffee and a goodie; such a friendly and welcoming environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great visit! Been here twice for smoothies in the past, had a grilled cheese and muffin which were gluten free and tasty. The service you get here is genuine and the product is great. I also enjoyed an iced chai latte, going to have more frequent visits as time goes on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flowtion is a great place to have in the Hawkwood community. The food and smoothies are so good and healthy.
My daughter started doing kids yoga on Saturdays
and she really enjoys and looks forward to attending the classes. The instructors are very accommodating and it is such a great class for an introduction for kids to Yoga.
It is worth the visit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in after visiting the nextdoor pharmacy and was blown away by this independent coffee shop and yoga studio. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, the London fog I ordered was delicious, the staff was outstanding. Prices for food and drink are very affordable (better than Starbucks!) for such a specialty cafe. The availability of hand made soaps and yoga studio is even better! I have a new cafe to go to without having to drive downtown! I highly recommend this for a cafe or yoga class.
