Our yoga classes are sweaty! Find a mindful practice at all levels and all approaches. Come and enjoy a relaxing approach with a yin, hot hips, restorative, or detox class. Or find a challenge with our core power, power flow, sculpt and freestyle classes. All of our classes are heated and we offer yoga at all 3 locations.

Our Spin classes range from straight bumping classes, to classes combined with 30 minutes of yoga (core, sculpt and yin).  We offer spin and combo classes at our Northwest University Studio and Silverado Studio!

Each and every time you practice know that your practice is your own. Our offerings allow you to go as deep as you like, yet take water and rest as often as you need. We are driven to inclusivity. Everyone is welcome! If you are unsure about the process check out our FAQ section but better yet just show up a little early and we will give you the run down. We can’t wait to meet you!

Great staff and classes. I like that you can get a towel for class because I get soo sweaty. I just think the floors are too hard.

HotShop donated their space for a charity ride that I had the pleasure to be a part of. Sean was so fun, what an enjoyable experience. Thank you, you rock for giving up your time/space for the food bank

Amazing hot yoga studio! Prior to going to HotShop I had some less inviting experiences at other local studios. The desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The instructors are fantastic and the variety of yoga classes can't be beat. Would recommend for anyone who has been nervous or reluctant to try yoga in a group setting. The "newbie" month intro pass is a fantastic way to see if you like it at a low initial cost.

This was recommended by a colleague. I like it a lot. Grace who helped me check in, showed me around and helped me set up my bike, was friendly and accommodating. The instructor, Kira (I think her name was), had good energy in spinning. She also answered my questions after class. I think the combination classes (spin&yoga) they offer is perfect! My only wish is that they'll have a branch near Sage Hill soon. I'll definitely come and attend classes here again. In fact, I already convince a group of ladies to workout with me next month.

This place has become so incredibly overpriced, I think it is the most expensive hot yoga studio in the city now. How do you raise your price by 60% in the matter of a couple years? It is not worth $200/mo for hot yoga.

Went to website to find out when I could catch a class. Found it hard to navigate. The many pictures of jumping happy people kept switching, which was a bit jarring. Wasn't sure where "University NW" Was. Is that the same as the one in Varsity at Shaganappi Village shopping center? After 30 seconds, trying to find what I needed was starting to feel like work, so I moved on. That's about 25 more seconds than it should have taken. But I did learn that the studio is fully of happy people who like to jump.

I'm usually not a big fan of Hot Yoga, but I decided to join a friend for a Sunday class. It was with Mike Tran and I was pleasantly surprised about it all! It was well paced, no pressure to go further than anyone had to, nothing that would result in injury (I'm a physio so I'm fairly critical of these things) and the focus was on strength rather than speed. Would recommend the Flow class to anyone who wants a challenging yoga flow!
