As hospitals get busier and exams are postponed, community diagnostic imaging becomes that much more important. When there is a delay in diagnosis and treatment, it can affect the outcome for patient health and care. We want you to know we are there for you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my son and I had appointments spanning 3 hours at your office. I really appreciated the snacks and drinks and having tv's in each room to occupy my children. We loved both ultrasound techs that we saw. I especially appreciated the kind tech that helped my little boy. He thought it was such a cool experience. I'll make sure any future referrals I get, are to this location. Thanks!

I went in today for a procedure that several people warned me would be painful, and not only was it essentially painless but the doctor and ultrasound tech were both extremely warm and friendly and went out of their ways to make my time there more pleasant. I wish I could remember names. I believe the doctor's name was Deepak, but I'm not 100% sure. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to make one after today's visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here last month for the ultrasound appointment for my daughter who was less than a month old baby. Asy pediatrician suggested pureform and pure kids radiology I thought it would be perfect for kids, but my expectations were wrong. The technician who did ultrasound on my baby guy seems to lack basic sense, that is compassion and kindness. Since our baby was on oxyt support it's hard to undress and dress her by one person, baby was crying,and irritated. The technician seems no kindness to even ask you need hand? She just stood and watched. While the baby was crying she did not bother to calm her down,she just continued to do the examination like a robot. When you are working at radiology where it specializes in kids, mangement needs to employ someone who is able to handle kids, not some robots.

As pediatrician suggested pureform and pure kids radiology I thought it would be perfect for kids, but my expectations were wrong. The technician who did ultrasound on my baby guy seems to lack basic compassion and kindness. Since our baby was very active and we suggested that both parents needed to be in the room but she didn’t listen and as figured she called me back in the room when, baby was crying,and irritated and going breathless with anger. The technician has no sense of care or decency of help She just stood and watched. While the baby was crying and peeing all over, she did not bother to calm her down,she just continued to do the examination like a robot. When you are working at radiology where it specializes in kids, management needs to employ someone who is able to handle kids, not some robots. On top of that, we forgot to bring baby toys to distract our child, when we asked for a toy (which we saw on the shelve) she bluntly refused and continued her exam, will not be returning or letting any of my friends go to this place, baby was crying here more than when he got his yearly shots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2 month old in for an ultrasound and was very impressed with the technician as well as the physician who later came to review everything. They were delightful and engaging - it was obvious that they really enjoyed what they were doing and even asked me if I had any questions and/or concerns that they could address within their scope of practice. The two main drawbacks were the wait time and having to wait with my wiggly baby in my arms on a built in wooden bench, in a small, dimly lit, change area until we could go to the ultrasound room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to the crowfoot location many times and my experiences have been absolutely amazing. Wait times are very short and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My technologist Cheryl was lovely and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come back to Pureform for any future exams!
