My experience was great. The technician that looked after me was very polite and enthusiastic . She was very knowledgeable and treated me with such good matters at all times that I felt very comfortable during the entire appointment. I left very pleased from my appoitment. Excellent job Mayfair Aspen location.

There's been quite a step up of change in the medical profession including laboratory services from years past. From start to finish they were all professional, interested in you the patient and a job well done. My two lab techs where more than I expected. I passed this on later to my GP as my follow up was done the same day concerning my ultrasounds and xray. I told him I could not believe how good the experience was overall. Touche . Thankyou too to the greeters or reception team. ?☺

Have had a couple of ultrasounds & x-rays at this location with varying levels of care. Reception is generally friendly and helpful. Recently I was met by a student who informed she’d be completing my ultrasound with the tech supervising; this wasn’t presented as a question, or any further explanation given. The tech didn’t introduce herself when we entered the exam room and didn’t provide any explanation for the student, or any options either. Given the nature of the exam my preference would have been to have the tech do the ultrasound. I understand the need for students to gain valuable experience, but I think the patient’s consent should be provided up front. The student (and tech) didn’t ask where the injury site is and just began the ultrasound, spending about 1/3 of the time not at the area of concern. Once she was done the tech took over and did the whole exam over again! It’s my fault for not asserting myself prior to the exam beginning, but I just needed to get the exam completed.

This company desperately needs to do something about their booking process. I tried three times to book an appointment by telephone; twice I was told by the robot that there were more than 60 people in line ahead of me. When I finally found myself 23rd in line, I waited for 1 and 1/4 hours to finally speak with someone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Once you get in the service is excellent. However the telephone waiting time renders this immaterial. It is possible to get excellent service from any number of other clinics who don't treat their patients like fodder.

I recently visited for an ultrasound. The reception staff were friendly and checked me in promptly. I had a short wait and a student tech called me. I believe building experience is vital for students and I was happy to have a student start the ultrasound exam. The tech was great at explaining everything I needed and both were very friendly. Thank you!
