Ordered a Market salad with chicken last week on Skip from this location and it was stellar. So I went in for the same thing. The service wasn't friendly, I waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone even came to take my order. And the salad itself wasn't great - I could barely find any avocado and it wasn't filled the way it was last week. I am disappointed that the quality wasn't consistent.

Great food. Inconvenient location. This place is wonderful for a quick bite to go. The bowls are delicious and very filling but also don't inflict much guilt as they are often very healthy. As for location, good luck finding parking anywhere near it. Aspen Landing is always a nightmare and Freshii is by no means immune. This is only a small gripe, however, as it still deserves all 5 stars. I recommend this place for an awesome, healthy midday lunch that will rock your socks off. (If you can't decide on something, get the Buddha Satay Bowl, it's amazing.)

DONT GO IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING. Absolutely terrible. Awful customer service and incredibly rude. After ordering and asking for "no almonds" the staff member got the order incorrect 3x!!! they took short cuts and just picked out the almonds instead of not putting them in, in the first place. We called to inform them that there were almonds all throughout and she argued, was rude and defensive. Zero apologies. Thank God I am not anaphylactic or most certainly this would have been a very serious issue.

Good service but small portions at this Freshii. I've visited a few times hoping that it would be different but it seems like it's policy to give smaller portions at this Freshii. Seems like they are trying to cut costs for larger profits which seems sort sighted as customer's won't come back.

Efficient, friendly and amazing service from all employees at this location. The restaurant is always clean and staff are always willing to cater to dietary restrictions or specifications. Merry Christmas to Freshii Aspen!

UPDATE: Wow! If I could give you a negative five star for your response, I would happily do so. You just don't get it do you? As a manager, you should assist your staff if they are struggling or if there is a customer service issue, you should attend to that right away rather than take your time eating and make your client wait. This is such a 101 customer service that you failed on. You look so annoyed when your staff and myself interrupted your break time. On top of that, your arrogance and mannerism is out of this world. To clarify, I suggested you can email me the receipt. You did not provide me with any options. I pause and decided not to because of privacy concern. I also lost trust in you. I will write a formal complaint to FRESHII corporate office. I really think you should undergo a retraining program. You just lost a long time loyal client. I have been going there for many years and order food for my daughter. Just remember, an unhappy customer can spread words like wildfire. I will tell all my colleagues and friends on how awful my experience at this location and how incredible rude you are. _____________________________________________________________________ It was supposed to be in an out simple order. However, the female arrogant on duty manager really ruin our day. I asked the female order taker for a simple receipt. She couldn't print me one. So she asked her manager that was busy eating on the side table. She walked over, didn't greet us and appeared annoyed at the situation. After minutes of fiddling around, she looked up and said her printer not working and can't give us any receipt. I suggest till receipt or even email me a copy of the receipt. Long story short, she gave us the run around and even said "in a perfect world, everything should work". Listen lady, you have two receipt printers, you have plenty of opportunity to stock up thermal papers. This is not a mom and pop shop. It is a Freshii franchise. So don't give me that B.S. Rather than being so defensive with a bad attitude, I suggest you try to smile and be a little more proactive. Hopefully, your corporate office takes notice of this review and retrain you to be more client centric and serve clients with a better attitude!

Recent change of the lemongrass soup is an huge fail in my opinion. Use to come in specially for this soup and the new soup is nothing like the old one. It’s half the size with a completely unflavoured over spice darker broth, thinner noodles and hot peppers. Only thing that seems the same is the garbage and Carrots. Epic fail freshii bring back the clean fresh old lemongrass soup.
