Poutines and Fries
We use Kennebec potatoes for our fries. Why? We’ll try not to get too food science-y on you, but Kennebec potatoes have firm and low moisture flesh so they won’t become limp and soggy when fried. And with just the right amount of starchiness, they brown up beautifully with an exceptional flavor that is both warm and nutty. TMI? OK, they’re the perfect potato for crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Using anything but real Quebec cheese curds for our Poutines is simply not going to happen. And when they’re covered in our signature Meltwich gravy, there’s a reason it’s one of our best-selling items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for poutine and burgers! The burgers (The Standard and Smoky Banquet) came super loaded and are a meal unto themselves. The guys were thinking fries and debated between the small and vs. large- they went small. Good decision. A small fries was bigger than a large at any standard fast food place.
Two of us ordered poutines: Spicy Nashville Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch. Both had lots of toppings and they were delicious. The hearty fries held up well to all of the sauce and cheese.
I want to go back and try one of the Philly Cheesesteak and I think this might be a great local spot to grab a milkshake too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed review. Wife liked her spicy chicken sandwich. My Philly Cheesesteak was disappointing. Never had a round Philly CS before. Their pictures don’t seem to match what you actually get. Beef was dry and odd flavour to it. Probably won’t revisit.

The burgers are juicy, the sandwiches are absolutely fresh and the quantity of poutine is worth the price.
Will definitely visit this place again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dang, this place is awesome! I come and grab take-out while the wife puts the kids to sleep — I grab a pint while I wait, watching sports on the big screen, enjoying hip-hop. Incredible food. What more could you want?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good double cheese burger, large patties and nice bun to hold it together. The ,BBR ( bun burger ratio) is very good ? . Big meal the double cheese for me, no fries needed. The service dropped the review rating, just seemed like the staff did not want to be there on my visit, lackluster at best. Worth a try when in aspen...... and hopefully the staff is happier ?
