S	Saeed Mehrvar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re always late for online orders. I ordered through the KFC app 3 times and they were late every time. Once they called me to let me know it was late. The other 2 times I was informed at the store to wait 10-15 more minutes. I have not experienced something like this in other KFC locations.
H	Harjit Malhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome time spent there. Cashier(NINA) is so sweet and welcoming, smiling and polite. Cook took his time and gave us perfect meal ready on time. LOVED it. They should get BIG BONUS on Christmas i think for their HARDWORKING.

I went right to my car to eat it, but really not at all hot and crispy!! Less than even warm! Pls change staff!!! They don’t know what they are doing!!!!

Was here during dinner rush and there was 5-6 people also waiting. The quality of the chicken subpar, as the oil hasn't been changed. Gave 2 stars for the kind cashier, and their efforts. But sad to say, KFC has gone downhill

Like many other reviewers I've also shared in the experience of waiting 20+ minutes for my meal, only to have found multiple issues with the order. Within our last few visits we've experienced: missing items such as fries, dipping sauces and salads. The wrong type of mayo on their signature sandwich (Regular rather than spicy, or vice versa). And the incorrect # of chicken within a bucket. Consistently inconsistent. Very frustrating!

One of my first visits here was a few years ago when KFC offered their 1-day KFC class where they open the back of the kitchen to show us how they make their chicken. It was a great experience and kept them in my mind whenever I have an itch for KFC. Often times, I think of them whenever "toonie" Tuesday occurs. However, it's not a regular trip for me. Still, they did such a good job reminding me of their presence. I picked up the Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich recently. They took a little bit of time to get it to me which meant it was fresh. On first bite, I gladly confirmed my suspicion. The Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich was flavorful and juicy. There were chunks of meat with a crispy crust. The pickles were a tad sweet for my liking but they would be missed if taken away. The fries were surprisingly fresh this time. They are remarkedly better when fresh. I only wished this was how I get them regularly. There were definitely times when I didn't care to finish the fries, but not these ones. I only wished there were more. Overall, this is a nice little KFC located in the far west community. It's clean and the staff are polite. Parking isn't too difficult.

Since I’m already a fan of the Lightlife beef burgers, I decided to try KFC’s Vegan Chicken sandwich, and it was so good. Crispy, very flavorful, and I didn’t miss the real thing; there’s a chance I might not have even noticed it was vegan had I not known. Great job as usual!
