★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asian male pharmacist is extremely dismissive, stand offish and rude. customer prior to me he was kind, friendly and patient. as soon as i came he ignored me for 10-15 minutes, and finally when another pharmacist asked if i was helped yet he acknowledged me. he was hostile, rude and dismissive. he refused to set my vaccine appointment several times, when i repeatedly explained i already signed up online, called the pharmacy yet could not get an appointment, he finally gave up and wrote my name on a paper.
today i saw him kindly setting a vaccine appointment with a woman, he was friendly, respectful and thorough, he asked all her details and input it into the computer system.
his attitude with customers who are Caucasian and customers who are POC(People of Colour) are starkly different and he turns it off and on depending on who he is talking to. absolutely ridiculous and people with racial prejudice should not be working in any form of customer service.

Have always been treated kindly & helped with all our needs. Very professional & friendly staff. Rana has helped us with our travel immunizations & reviewed our medications with us. Jot always remembers our names! We encourage everyone to use this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget having your doctor fax the prescription and swinging by later to quickly pick it up. The pharmacist scolded me and told me they no longer prepare physician faxes when they receive them. Now you have to wait 30 minutes whether your prescription is faxed or you come in yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a negative rating so I can warn people not to go there for any of their needs.
Called three times asking if I could come in for a rapid COVID test as I will be attending a family gathering and they confirmed by phone that I can be there at 5pm and all will be good. I arrived there at 5pm and there was a very rude male pharmacist that almost kicked me out of the store because he heard me sniffle from my allergies. I’m very stressed out and feeling belittled by such inhumane treatment.
Please do not go there please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never visited this location before. But stopped in for a Covid vaccine. While waiting to leave, I was helped by a lovely woman named Fatima at the cosmetics counter. I was looking for a substitute for my long time use of House 99 men’s skin care system. She was awesome. She helped me determine some close alternatives. I settled with a Jack Black starter pack and then she threw in some samples for me to try as well. Wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked flu shot in advance and they were a mess. Could not find booking, could not find someone to inject. Happy to keep accepting bookings while I waited but not able to fulfill them. Will not be coming to shoppers for any pharmaceuticals anymore.
