My daughter wanted a pink drink, I asked the price for the different sizes and was told she could only tell me if I ordered. The lady couldn't give me my points when I did order the Grande, never called me to say it was ready, then served up a drink with a mouldy strawberry on top. I found it difficult to reach the drink as someone had spilled a whole coffee on the floor before I arrived. When I pointed it out to the three members of staff serving, the manager just said, whatever? Won't use this branch again.
