★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband dropped off a prescription to be picked up the next day - arrived at 8 am the next day to find the pharmacy not open - there was someone at the pharmacy that said that the “pharmacists arrive whenever they want”. The pharmacist arrived late and the prescription had not been filled. What kind of pharmacy is this? If you are to open at 8 am why do you not arrive before the opening time? I’m wondering if it’s time to find a new pharmacy that opens on time and fills prescriptions on time.

I popped into the store for some essentials (I love the Chanel cleansing mousse and it is one of my guilty pleasures!) And Corinne went out of her way to make me feel like such a VIP. She should absolutely be commended for her professionalism, kind demeanor, and ability to make clients feel special. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite location for beauty ONLY. Has tones of selection and very often Chanel rep visits on weekends, who is very knowledgeable. All staff is great but my favourite is Maria, always so helpful and very knowledgeable on every beauty product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep giving this pharmacy another chance and I don’t know why. It just keeps getting worse. The staff is not friendly at all & act like you ruin their day by dropping off a prescription. They take so long to fill the prescription it’s just not worth going there anymore. I understand being busy but when it takes 24 hrs to fill a kids medication that is prepackaged off their shelf time and time again, I think that’s just poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't post reviews much; the service has to be really bad for me to bother, and unfortunately when the service is good I don't usually go to the effort as this should be the norm. However, yesterday a small thing made me feel that it was worth my time to provide feedback. Long story short; using this pharmacy for 10 years, heavy user (14 prescriptions). Called Wednesday to refill 10 of them; as it was quite a lot and they were busy they asked I p/u Thursday after 3pm; no problem. Came Thursday 3:30 ish, long line, took over 15 min. One of my prescriptions was not as I expected; different doctor for just that one, prescribed 8 weeks at a time vs. other prescriptions that are all 100 days per refill. Anna came to cash and showed me his fax. I told her I asked him for 100 days to match all my others and don't know why he did that. During a very busy period she said, "no problem I will fix it for you and you can speak with your doctor for future prescriptions", and told me she will process me on the other cash so I don't have to wait in the line again. Anna has been there for a while, with turnover she is the only one I still recognize; she has helped with little issues in the past and I always appreciate it. I have had so much bad service during Covid that I just didn't expect her, during a time she should have been stressed and wanting to get rid of me quickly, to take the time to help. Anna, and most of this team has always taken care of me, I really appreciate it!!
