Steven Lambros is the best person I have ever dealt with at TD or any other bank for that matter. He has gone above and beyond multiple times for my wife and I, and we can't thank him enough. He has helped us sort out things that are not even in his department and takes customer service to the next level. We appreciate all his help. We have also worked with Henry in the past, and he has been super helpful as well. Tellers have been helpful and kind. So far no complaints from this branch.

They open late in the mornings all the time. The money that comes out of the ATM is always in disarray. Indicative of a poorly run facility. Such a shame because it's in a good location.

Had a very disappointing experience there when the teller deposited a bank draft as a regular cheque which I need asap for a transaction. I had to run back to the branch immediately after realizing their error. You would not think this type of error would occur and perhaps they could have asked or understood the difference between bank draft and regular cheque.

Worst place to get decent service !!! I'm forgot my debit card pin number and asked customer service lady , she had no idea how its done asked supervisor he still don't know what to do . Eventually told me direct call to TD but they also told me pin number for debit card is changed or reset only in local branch ! I had no words to describe..........

I had the most prohibitively negative experience with a β€œFinancial Services Manager” Rodney at this branch. He couldn't have cared less about my mom's card being fraudulently compromised. All he did was complain about how he was demoted at the branch, and when my mom indicated her mortgage payment was coming out of her compromised account, he just said β€œwell you better get some money in there then.” It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a bank. It’s experiences like this that really make me question the hiring process for retail banks. There’s no chance I’ll ever go back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to bank with TD Bank Aspen Landing. This branch has been nothing but a nightmare for me. Starting from the employees who are incredibly unhelpful and seem like they don't want to be there, to the long wait times and terrible customer service. I have never had such a terrible experience at a bank. I have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes every time I go, despite having no more than 3 people in line in front of me. There is usually 3 or 4 tellers and No customers but still a wait time. Moreover, I have had to call customer service several times because my account wasn't working properly. The branch never helps and demands you call in for support. Overall, I would not recommend this bank branch to anyone. There is something wrong with all the staff practicing at this branch… They are terrible at customer service and providing a good banking experience. I would give this branch 0 stars if I could. They need to overhaul management and the tellers working here. Avoid this branch like the plague. This is a criminal level of customer service and I hope they sort this out before this branch causes anymore financial hardships. UPDATE: A teller Rodney screamed at one of the people in front of me for asking for simple information about a rogue transfer in the excess of $250,000. At which point the customer had asked to speak to a manager; Rodney said this would not be possible for 2 weeks despite the bank transferring $250,000 of the customer in front of me’s money. I obviously can’t comment as to what happened here as it was not my account but another customers. This Rod character proceeded to scream this individual out of the branch after he begged Rodney for more information regarding where his 250,000 dollars went. This was absolutely appalling level of customer service and I felt scared for the integrity of my funds and other peoples. When it was my turn to bank with the teller he ignored my needs and began venting to me about the other customer; are you kidding me?! Next the customer escalated this complaint to the customer service supervisor, he was a young man and exceptionally rude and the acting branch manager at the time. He apathetically supported kicking the customer out of the branch for no reason and argued with the customer Instead of resolving his dispute. I can verify with my own two eyes that this person had done nothing other than make an inquiry into a rogue transfer and was very calm and polite. Yet the employees blamed him and treated him horrible. Watch out for this branch people. I noticed in subsequent dealings with this branch similar customer service issues and it’s funny how the manager is always quote on quote unavailable for several weeks when an issue arises. Any other TD branch I have been to treats there customers with respect and do not yell. They also have the branch manager present. I am now banking at the west hills TD branch. AVOID THIS ONE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I am 40+ years old and have been banking with TD for the last decade with no problems before I moved to aspen and began banking with this branch. I do not normally write reviews but I wanted to be as detailed as possible to help protect the wider community in Aspen.

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with the employees of this bank. My Personal Banking Associate, Rodney, who helped me open an account, was such a pleasure to work with! He was intelligent, funny, and, most of all, patient. Thank you so much!

I don't understand why the reviews are so negative below for this branch. I've been a TD Canada Trust Customer for over 30 years (before TD & Canada Trust merged). This is one of the best if not best branch you can deal with. Let me give you an unbiased opinion and I think it needs to be more balanced since happy people rarely leave reviews: 1. Whenever I phone them, it's an instant pick-up by someone at the Branch. If you bank with TD frequently, you'll know that typically you'll get pushed to overflow. Sometimes you really need to talk to someone at the Branch level (and yes I do most of my banking online). 2. I have never had to wait too long to see a teller outside of RRSP season. Whenever it gets out of hand, usually a Customer Service Manager or even the Branch Manager comes out to help. I have a kid with me most of the time and I can tell you that he wouldn't like it if the wait was even close to 15 minutes let alone 30 minutes. 3. Amazing friendly staff. They joke around with my son all the time and make him feel welcome. As a parent, you can't be more grateful. They're goofing around with him while I'm busy signing paperwork or anything I need to do that can't be done online. 4. Whenever they see anything that's off with one of my accounts, they happily tell me about it. They brought it to my attention and fixed it! 5. Those hours are amazing!!! When you're busy, you're just busy. We take it for granted that you can go to a Branch close to 8:00pm and on weekends too sometimes and still get service. They have my loyal business because of those hours that no one is going to match. Regarding Rodney that someone is criticizing, I find that hard to believe. He used to be at another Branch that I banked at and has always been helpful and you can tell that he likes his job. Not once do I hear him scream at anyone. Maybe his voice is loud sometimes but it's usually when he cracks a joke with my little one.
