★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible experience ever! I’ve been a client since I was 14- That’s 40 years. The teller Ashton lied to me about why I was getting 4 client cards at the same time. He accused me of doing it. I escalated to the manger, Marek, who sided with Ashton. They have since demarked my accounts- closing me out. Why? Stay tuned more to come. This is now a human rights issue. Going straight to the top!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this branch early this afternoon out of convenience prior heading to downtown. What a mistake!!! I should of gone to the Aspen RBC location where I normally go. I thought was a simply task depositing two payroll cheques. The company I work for also bank with RBC in Toronto. They end up putting a mandatory hold on the entire fund amount for 4 business days suspecting it could be fraudulent cheques. I have been a loyal RBC client for over 30 years and I feel like I am being racially profiled at this location. It was my day off and I just happened to dress like a bum. I have more than sufficient funds in my account to cover in case something bad happens to the cheques. I would stay away from this branch. I feel being treated like a fraudster. I am in the process of escalating the complaint. One last word is the person helping me should have better client relations skills and learn how to de-escalate the situation. VERY DISSATIFIED WITH THE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with this branch. Worst customer service ever! I was trying to explain to the lady the balance doesn't make sense she shrugs and goes yes it does (eyes rolling)?! How? there is money missing! she is literally at fault and doesn't even apologize. very uneducated and they need to re evaluate who they bring to work at this branch. I will never come into this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to 3 different branches before they were due to close at 4pm. GOOGLE showed ALL 3 branches were open Saturday until 4pm. SOMEONE AT RBC NEEDS TO SUBMIT A CHANGE IN THE HOURS LISTED ON GOOGLE BEFORE WASTING MORE OF PEOPLES TIME!!! AND NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER SHOW UP AND ITS NOT OPEN ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **Someone posted a pic of current hours- look in photos** Great branch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff working hard through this whole pandemic. They’re front line workers too and deserve respect.
Can’t count on Googling branch hours though, it takes a long time (weeks!) for google to update hours so it’s best to go and see. I took note of the current hours displayed- but with Covid like everywhere else- this can change too.
Mon-Fridays, 9:30-5pm. CLOSD Saturdays.
