By appointment only on saturdays. Even though there wasnโ€™t a customer there, I couldnโ€™t be helped because I didnโ€™t make an appointment.

If I could give no stars I would definitely do so. I have had no issues with BMO for 10 years at various branches in this city until I had started my transactions with this particular branch. I have always deposited my cheques through the teller knowing that there would be a hold through the ATM (also I know that I am in need of those funds immediately) and everyone I am told by the teller "we strongly recommend you go through the ATM it will only hold $1000 for one business day". I finally decide to go through a teller and I get "your limit is $100 and the rest is on hold for 4 business days." Ok. This was my limit 10 years ago when I first started my account. It's been changed to the hold of $1000 for 7 years and now it's reverted back to that without my consent? I've since talked with customer service over the phone and gone to the branch and both say that they are unable to change anything. So who do I talk to then? Since they have refused to find another solution I personally can say that I will never go through BMO again and deciding to close this account. It's nice to to see how this company decides to treat long time customers.

This location so unprofessional covid restrictions have been lifted there are letting no one enter the building one staff member servicing people on a Saturday 30 mins waiting I left so unexpectedly when all other banks I area have multiple tellers on.

Nice friendly staff, very courteous and professional. Treat you well, just like a customer. Values your business. Booked a meeting for this morning, popped in right when they opened. The teller greeted me and asked me how she could help me. Told her about my appointment and she asked me to wait as the FSM was on a phone call. She asked if I wanted water or coffee - very nice. As soon as I got my coffee John, the FSM, came and greeted me. Spent over 1.5 hours in the branch this morning getting all the answers I need about the different personal accounts, credit cards, mutual funds, and business accounts. Very informative and professional. They really value your business and it shows. This seems to be a smaller branch than most but the professionalism and courteous service by the staff makes you feel very comfortable bringing your investments to them.

I checked the hours online and went on a Saturday afternoon. When I got to the branch I was told there was no teller service on Saturdays. I asked where it said that on the website. It doesn't but I could drive 15 minutes to Westbrook mall was the response. I had to have teller service to do my transaction. Fortunately I also bank with another bank in the area so went and had my transaction completed and they got the deposit. Disappointed and frustrating.
