★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adore this location! The owners are so sweet, and they have AMAZING customer service! Always keeps me coming back for more. The location is spotless, and they provide masks/sanitizer! They follow all the regulations to a T. Amazing place to visit!

I called this store asking if they had a certain item and the guy told me that they had 5, so I asked if I had to reserve it (I only needed 1) and he says no need to as it will only take me 10 minutes to get there. I get to the store and let him know I was the one that just called (literally 15 minutes max), this guy tells me they are out and that “oh a guy must’ve bought all 5 of them. To be honest, sounded like a total lie and I’m pretty sure he called up friends or other people (or even bought them himself to sell to others) as no other stores have it. I don’t like liars and this guy is just very dishonest. I’ll NEVER come here again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS STORE STOLE FIVE YEARS OF LOYALTY POINTS. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE IT CONSIDERS MY LOYALTY A LIABILITY. I have been a faithful customer of this store for over five years (purchases over 5 years amount to over $20,000) and every time I make a purchase I give my phone number for points. I finally asked how I collect on the points and was told of the onerous online sign-up procedure with Market Rewards. When I finally got signed up, I had only one month of points. They explained that someone in their company decided all those loyalty points were a liability so they wiped them out without any notification. There are plenty of liquor stores around here and I will be finding another.
