★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service wasn't as nice as we would have liked. We would have liked to take cash instead of a draft because of a $7.50 charge. But the teller said that they did not have that amount of cash in their branch.

Visited this branch recently with some questions about an account and was met with a welcoming attitude and very informative knowledge by a young gentleman teller. He was confident in answering my questions and made my visit productive and worthwhile. Seems like they offer great service to both clients and potential clients like myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSBC wouldn’t cash an HSBC cheque from one of their clients!! I was not a member and there is nothing they could do! The branch manager was exceptionally rude to both the client in front of me and myself, absolutely unacceptable I would never bank here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I made an appointment at HSBC, Aspen Landing, Calgary to get a new bank card as I had lost mine. Once in the office the two female bank employees pleasantly side tracked me and talked about everything and anything except my bank card. I must have been there for 45 minutes to an hour. All I wanted was a new bank card. Obviously they didn't want me to withdraw my money from their bank. I left confused and without money which I think was their goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing at this branch nearly since it opened about 10 years. I have never been unsatisfied after a visit here. Every employee there has been so helpful to me I would give all of them a 10 out of 10. Now knowing that you don't just get lucky hiring good people, I would have to say the management there has got to be in the 10 out of 10 range as well. Great place friendly staff never over crowded, quick service all setup to keep you covid clean.
