I called Tryna at Co-operators, I'm not the easiest to deal with and she dealt with me amazing and gave me great service. Thanks Tryna

One day they printed my insurance as the wrong date and a policeman ran my plate at a red light (he told me when he pulled me over) and saw my insurance was expired (even know I had just renewed it that day) I returned to the office and said are you going to try to make amends and help me deal with this mistake I paid you in full for? They replied no sorry it's not our job to make sure your insurance is written correctly. That is just one of many blunders over years of loyal payments. I have a list larger than the phone book about how this company has pillaged me and not been present or informative even after many of times I came to communicate my problems and heard tall tales of " we care" and "We will*. If there was a no star rating I would write ten of these bad reviews. Please save yourself time money and pain and do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst claims experience you can imagine. One part of the company blames the other but won’t do anything to help. It took us over 3 weeks to get a estimate on damage or weather it was a write off. I’m changing my auto and home insurance as a result. Very poor customer service, I even spoke with the owner and he talks the talk but in the end did nothing!

I tend to ask a lot questions before I make a decision and I’ve always ended the phone call feeling good and informed. We’ve had our tenant, car, and now home insurance through Cooperators and have no plans to go elsewhere… we’re very happy!

I absolutely rely on her to keep me up to date and to provide qualified and experienced services (like pink cards and policy changes) in a timely and professional manner.
She also brings an “above and beyond” attitude to every interaction which leaves me with a peace of mind I don’t think I could find anywhere else.
Cooperators offers a diverse portfolio of excellent products that satisfy all my Insurance and Investment needs.
