If you are buying a new property in this province I'd suggest using private resources. You may actually get some help! If I could rate lower than one star I would.

While some are going to Mediation upon dispute with the Home Builder, the ones that were resolved were handled with the utmost care, professionalism and responsiveness. We are so grateful Kirk was assigned to our file.

THIS WHY, CARDEL HOMES LEFT MANY DEFECTS AT MY HOME AND ONE PROFESSION CAME OVER FROM ANHW AND APPROVED ALL DEFECTS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED. SERIOUSLY, HOW CAN YOU NEGLECT THOSE PROBLEM LIKE WATER LEAKS, FLOOR SQEAKY SOUND, CARPET INSTALLED POORLY, PAINT LINES ON WALL, WRONG TILES INSTALLED? MR JASON KENNEY NEEDS BE ADDRESSED ALL YOUR COMMENTS BY HOMEOWNERS AND MUST SHUT DOWN THIS BIASED PROGRAM. NOW DON'T AKS ME TO SEND YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE OR EMAIL YOU. I KNOW ALL YOU "COPY PASTE" LINES. I HOPE THAT THIS CORRUPTED PROGRAM MUST BE SHUT DOWN. SO THAT, HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT THEIR VICTIMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is considered “labour and material” - 1 year warranty, expired, denied. What is the point to pay 10k? Why do you have special warranty terms for roof, framing etc. if you deny everything? House was built by trades using materials, it can’t build itself. Waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you give zero stars? ANHWP is the biggest scam running. Absolutely useless, interest only of the big developer and could care less about legitimate building problems. Won't respond and will drag on over and over until warranty period expires. This program should be banished from existence, truly terrible people serving the builder and the builder only.

New home warranty program again has proven that all they want to do is run out the clock in hopes that home owner's will just go away. Do your job! Protect the home buyer not the builder you guy's are 100 percent biased!

Claim was processed pretty fast for survey considering this is during Covid, builder was contacted after report is done.
Special shout out to Ryan, handled my case promptly and professionally, always respond my email patiently explaining the process, lucky to work with him.
