We first met remotely and he shared lots of great listing, including going in person to check out my preferred home and recording videos. He was very responsive and easy to contact. He then set up multiple viewings over several days, picking up on potential issues with several of the homes and sharing his expertise. I felt like he acted in my interests. The purchase was ultimately agreed at revised asking price after some initial negotiations and, shortly after this offer was accepted, the musicians of the Calgary Phil played ‘O! Canada’ at the Jack Singer for the first time since the pandemic began. It felt brilliant! Very grateful to Jesse and his team. Have no reservations in strongly recommending.
