S	Sarang Jodat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst branches of CIBC, 2 years ago my mortgage application was rejected because of my ethnicity which really does’nt make sense, and Gary Zhou was really disrespectful when he was my mortgage broker, just because my application was declined he tried to avoid answering my calls and never called back on my voice messages and just in one word , they were not trying to help customers with from Iran ! Shame ! Try a different branch and you will see the difference. Since then I am with Royal Oak CIBC branch and they are very respectful and helpful.

T	Trevor Lidgett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service go to another branch unless you need to use the ATM. I went in for financial help and met with 2 different employees and was promised a proposal a few days later and nothing. No phone call no email, no thanks I’ll go elsewhere.

The only downside to this location is it is a very small branch, so their services are limited (i.e. you can only get cash at the ATM). If I require the services of a large branch I go to the CIBC in Westhills.
H	Hongjing Fu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience today- avoid it if you need help more than an ATM. I waited there for 45 mins to get someone to help me to pay my tax which I can't do it online. Never come to this branch again.
