★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love to go there... it's quick ,straight to the point and very friendly .The only thing is that they keep asking for 2 pieces of ID ,( the other Scotia never ask for that) it 's kinda annoying especially when you are in a rush but otherwise EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a local bank so I can interact with real people. Although a phone number is listed for this branch it takes you (after a lot of confusing junk) to some National site. Even with a very simple question someone at my branch could answer in seconds - I am forced to wait 10s of minutes to speak to anyone. Not good service. I've been with Scotiabank for decades but this 'innovation' leaves me irate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the teller not only screwing up my bill payment, causing me anxiety but then also to giggle about it and be so flippant as to say its ok, don't worry!
Well, I guess she needn't worry, it is not her money nor her accounts! If I had not checked my bill before driving away the outcome today would be very different. I HAVE to be quite cognizant in my job I wonder why she doesn't have to be in hers.
Also, monthly fees after having an account with Scotia Bank and atrocious. But that is my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank and branch deserve one star only because customer service like STACEY THIESSEN. She refused to help me mentioning that they are close at 4, however I was inside the bank at 3:50 and waiting in que inside the bank. I noticed that one associates started closing the door around 3:55 however I was already inside by then. She mentioned she would only gets my half work done because she does not wants her staff to stay late. Unfortunately that’s not my problem and it’s not good customer service. And she was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with her tone. At least she can be nice and respectful when communicating with me. She should treat the customer better.
