★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If someone is in front of you in line pull up a chair, I have never been in and out of this branch in less than 30 min (basic deposits).. Today 4 ppl were in front of me, 2 ppl working, stood in line for 40 mins before I gave up and drove 20 mins to another branch. Also their banking app is a joke too. I'll be closing all my account with atb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of a rude teller by the name EMMA !!
On April 6, 2021, when I was standing at her window expecting to be served in a nice manner, instead of "how can I help you" her question was why I am not wearing a mask, my answer was "I am NOT ALLOWED", then she gave me the instruction to move 6 feet from her "protective" glass. I decided to sit down on the chair far away waiting for her to finish requested transaction.
After 2 minutes I had to go back to another teller, Irina, to put $100 on Master Card but when Irina was kind enough to start to process my request, EMMA continued to harass me in a rude manner, continued her demands how and where I should stand etc.....Underline message was:
"I WILL MAKE YOU DO WHAT I SAY" !!!
Because I have medical condition Emma's rudeness made me shaking with a rapid lack of breath.... then a nice young women showed up willing to listen to my concerns and offered me (maybe life saving) glass of water. My experience confirms that Emma badly needs a proper training in Customer Service and awareness that people with medical exempt are walking around with no masks on and deserve to be treated with RESPECT !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only this branch holds my cash for well over a week when I deposit it. Its infuriating because its the closest to me. Every other branch releases my cash within a day or two. Definitely dont recommend this location as they're slow AF and super disorganized with getting Guarda to check ATMs.

Helped me out and actually were very nice and not rude or impatient had great customer service in making me understand on how to link up non ATB Debt visa cards like PayPal & Koho Financial to my regular accounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place absolutely a horrible, manager and the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. They all need customer service training. I went to upgrade my MasterCard since it’s not working properly instead of ordering new one they completely canceled my card . (That effected my credit score) I went next day and talked to the store manager she said that if I want to get new card faster it cost $35 . Meanwhile it’s their fault.
