★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the friendliest most accommodating sales team I've come across in the retail sector!! Being out shopping when you wear leg braces and use a walker is frustrating. The sales team at this location always go out of their way to assist me. The prices are always great as this is the outlet store. Sometimes finding sizes can be a challenge but one must expect that when going in to an outlet store. I'm a frequent shopper there and always recommend this store to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequently visit Calgary friends from California and needed some better cold weather gear. This store has a large selection of their products although it's very weak on the footwear - looks like you'd best do boots, etc. online. However, I've been there twice during Boxing Week sales and got great prices on a light down jacket, an extreme cold down jacket, and down gloves. I'm completely satisfied. The products I bought are high quality and appear to be an excellent value after some comparison shopping. Moreover, since I use a US credit card, I got another ~25% discount. Way cool positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really impressed with the staff. I was really in need of a new jacket and found all the team members (3) that I dealt with incredibly helpful. They knew their products (so I didn't have to look at all the tags and could make appropriate suggestions), dug around for sizes, had very good knowledge of the product differences between outlet/regular store, and even spent time with me on the Eddie Bauer website so I wouldn't have to go to another store to look at the styles from the non-outlet store. I will definitely be visiting this store again and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie Bauer has such a great selection of outdoor supplies, clothing... I particularly like the outlet store in Calgary. The prices are amazing and generally on sale for at least another 50% off. The staff is very helpful. Definitely worth checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to exchange a defective Christmas present, they didn't have the item in store but offered to order it on their online store for me and have it sent directly to my house as I don't live in the city. Great customer service Roxanna! While there we also took a look at their end of winter sales and found some great deals! I highly recommend this store, it can seem pricey but the quality is worth it.
