★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the customer service but I am not particularly excited that the women and mens fitting room are now combined.I just don’t understand why ,If you are a guy then go to men’s fitting room,If your are woman then go to women's fitting room.If you are confused.Go home and try it at home.return to the store if you do not like it.Please put back the separate fitting rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother - an elderly person who is almost 80 years old was shopping at Winners Signal Hill on Feb 11. She speaks very poor English. Cashier (#1034) took advantage of her and charged her twice for the same item thinking that she wouldn't notice/would not be able to explain. Gave the refund when my mother asked money back, was not very pleased that she noticed it. It is the third time that this "mistake" took place at this particular Winners with my mother. I shop there for years - never happened to me, clearly they see who is in front of them and take advantage of the seniors, thinking that they would not be able to notice. Unacceptable! Dishonest staff! Management doesn't want to bother to investigate such behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Winners at Westhills in SW Calgary. I haven't been to Winners in a while , so it was refreshing to go in to that store. The Jewelry department always looks inviting, the carts are handy, and their are many sections of the store with signs letting you know where everything is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is fantastic! When you walk in the front you are always greeted by one or more staff member and they are happy enough to say good bye as well! I saw one individual never miss a beat on this which was honestly impressive at peak hours. The store is huge but not the biggest Calgary winners. This actually plays to its advantage as I find it carry a larger variety of stuff! The products here are likely purchased from many of the stores left over in the West End; however I cannot confirm this! That said, it would explain why this winners is always stocked with the best items in Calgary. It is worth the drive from all ends of the city to capitalize on great deals and unreal products near cost! Thank you ? Winners! You and your staff deserve this 5-Ring Review.
