P	PIZZA IN YOU'RE MOUTH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience the hair stylist didn't listen to anything I had to say about my hair. I asked for the clippers to be a number 2, he refused then gave me the options between 3 or 4. I said 3 and he did 4. I asked for short on top but just short enough so i can style it, he cut off just an inch from the top. It's still as long as it was when I went in there and I still paid 50 some dollars for a terrible haircut. The stylist, Oliver, was also rough and jerked my head instead of asking me to move it. And was also super inpatient and rushed the whole hair cut I do not recommend him if you go here.

Jay styled it really nicely but after I washed my hair, I can see how terrible of a job he did. I look like I have a rat's tail and he cut my hair while parted on one side. Layered hair is not the same as just cutting someone's hair so unevenly. My hair has a lot of volume so now I can see that one side is so much thicker than the other. It's a mess. I left the salon happy thinking he did an awesome job but I was in tears when I realized how my hair actually turned out. When I get it fixed I'll be left with even shorter hair. My go-to lady does not work for Chatters anymore but I thought I'll still go because it's never been this bad. UPDATE: I returned to the salon to ask for a refund and the ladies were so understanding because they saw how bad my hair turned out. I will be not returning and will just drive downtown to visit Maryum at her new workplace.
E	Eman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago, my friend went to the Chatters Signal Hill location recently for a hair cut and style. She paid 80 dollars (including tip) for a mediocre hair cut that only took 20 minutes of the salons time. The stylist did not style her hair after the cut (left it blow dried) and she did not properly shampoo the hair at the start of the appointment. Not to mention, the hairstylist did not listen to my friend when she voiced her opinion about the length of the cut and went approximately two inches shorter than what was asked. When she said that it was shorter than desired, the stylist said that “it is longer in the back” and completely disregarded her opinion. This wouldn’t have been possible anyways because my friend doesn’t have layered hair, so everything SHOULD be the same length. I was extremely appalled hearing this from my friend because I had recommended Chatters Signal Hill to her specifically (since I myself had gone there multiple times before).

Upon returning home, I noticed my hair wasn’t properly dyed - there were too many grey roots visible and the staff died the roots way darker than the rest of the hair. I called them and asked them to fix my hair but they flatly refused to do so for the next two days. I am very disappointed.
S	Sophia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair done here by Kelli and Kendra, The two stylists were super courteous and professional throughout every step of styling my hair making sure all my hair needs were met. I really appreciated amazing service from these two. Hair is super important to my identity and self esteem, and I am thankful that these stylists were so accommodating and understanding of my needs when I had said I wasn't entirely happy with my first styling. They offered a complementary touch up and both of them did a fantastic job!

My daughter's hair barely touches her shoulders and just needed her hair style touched up. Be aware before you sit down cause they'll overcharge you just to see if they can get away with it. Can trust anyone these days. ?
A	Alexandra Dorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to have my tips cut and long bangs…And ended up with a completely ruined hairstyle! M. Has not only cut my hair much too short but also the bangs. When she realized that she cut the bangs way too short and that I looked completely horrified she just said: is it the first time that you wear bangs? You will get used to it". She didn't care that she ruined my hair, nor did she really apologize for it! The fact that she acted as if everything was as it should be I found very cheeky! The fringe was so short that I couldn't even pin it up with hair clips. I was there in early December and still have to live with a ruined hairstyle. I could cry every time I am looking into the mirror! The only positive thing about this visit was that the girls at the checkout offered that I do not have to pay anything.

I was very disappointed when i went yesterday to get haircut by “Stacey” as she didn’t know how to cut the hair, she did very bad haircut for me like one side was shorter than the other side and she didn’t even straighten my hair she only dry it for me. I went home and i straightened my hair then I realized that it was cut all wrong and not same length and i asked for bangs and it was horrible. I went back to the Salon same day and the manager “Monique”was amazing she could fit me in for next day first thing in the morning with Oliver. He was so nice and so professional he fixed my hair and did exactly the way that I wanted. Anyone who want to have an amazing haircut i will recommend to go with Oliver, he will do it exactly the way that u will request. I’m happy with my haircut and so satisfied, thanks to the management for the amazing customer service, I will definitely go back to get my hair done again by Oliver.
