E	Emma Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came back here a second time after an initially good shellac manicure experience. However this second time wasn't so good. Three of my fingers had skin filed off until they bled even after repeatedly letting her know that she was filing skin. I walked out halfway through the manicure after one too many winces of pain and blood because I felt so worried and uncomfortable about an infection from my skin being cut and bleeding. I kept telling the nail tech to be careful but she didn't seem to care and kept hurting me. I just hope that the place is hygenic enough that I won't get a horrible infection or worse. I'm never going back here again, this experience traumatized me to the point where I'm afraid to go to any nail salon. I didn't love their dismissive attitudes either and they don't seem to listen to what you want

They often take same day appointments which is great for my busy schedule. My only suggestion would be to play a variety of videos while clients are getting their nails done. I will definitely recommend to my friends!
N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I both visit Exotic Nails & Spa, typically get manicures and pedicures and my mom gets eyebrow tinting. The ladies are very lovely and accommodating. Every time I go, I have a delightful experience. My pedicures are not rushed and always ends with a good foot & leg massage. I even asked them if I can book a time for my mom and pay over the phone (because I was out of town), they said no, but to pay next time I’m in. I also offered to e-transfer and they politely declined. 2 weeks later I remembered that I did not pay, and quickly ran into the salon to pay my dues. They trusted that I would come and didn’t call to hassle me. Wonderful service and my mom was very happy!

There was a huge selection of colors and glitter, I showed them a picture of what i wanted with elaborate nail art and they did it no problem! She was also super gentle and took her time which i love. Super excited about this place :)
R	Reevan LawKoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are very particular about your nails, book with Michelle as she has had extensive training and is a perfectionist. She has high expectations for cleanliness and takes a lot of care when creating designs. You can literally go in the shop with a picture of any nails you want and she can do them, including the fancy sculpting stuff with acrylic powder. If you are looking for someone more chill and trendy, Chloe is great. I've been following her work on Instagram and really like her jelly nails! The salon has a large selection of colours and brands of polish to choose from. Pedicures include hot stone massage which is a nice touch. Exotic Nails stands out because of their high quality products, high level of skill, and attentiveness. The downside is that they will always accept walk ins so service can suffer when it gets busy, even if you do book an appointment. I can't blame them as they all work incredibly hard to support their young families. My advice is to come in during less busy times, maybe a weekday morning.
R	Review Bust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim was such a sweet and lovely girl - she was fun to chat with and she did such a fantastic job on my nails!! She is naturally accurate and precise, as in she's fast and great at what she does yet I never felt rushed. Moreover, she was very gentle and controlled while holding my hand. I'll definitely come back to this location next time for another lovely experience and will likely bring my niece's with me. :) FYI: I asked for a regular treatment with shellac and got exactly what I asked for - perfect! No gel, building or surprise fees - just a beautiful and healthy job. I just like the natural look more, but I saw her nails and they really are beautiful so she definitely can do a great job in the other areas as well. My nails were a bit uneven going in, so she tidied it up beautifully. I just love her spirit and wonderful energy!
