Aldila Boutique

One place I can always find items I love. Prices are alright, maybe a bit pricey but if you want quality you have to pay a little more here - and not get fleeced. Very nice staff.

I have never felt so horrible in my life ! I’m always shopping in west hills and have been getting my nails done at the spa located a few doors down from Aldila Boutique in Westhills , I was at the spa on Friday May 10th and happen to walk past Aldila’s and a beautiful white dress with a jacket caught my eye in the window I had never been in this boutique before I walked in and was completely ignored I wasn’t dressed up I had put a ball cap on and a comfortable sweat shirt as I had a day off and just wanted to be comfortable I had just finished getting my nails done etc , I had to strick up a conversation with the one younger girl no on else was in there except the younger girl and an older woman they both work there , I asked how long the boutique had been there to try to get attention , I then looked around feeling very uncomfortable as neither one of them asked to help me , I went to the beautiful outfit I saw threw the window and couldn’t find the size I wanted the two workers were standing by the till chatting and looking at pictures on a cell phone I waited for five mins and went up to them and said “can I get help ? I know I may not be dressed nice but I would like help ! “ the older one proceeded to try to be nice but was very short I even told her she looked beautiful in what she was wearing! I felt so out of place like a scene from the pretty woman movie ! They didn’t have size I was looking for but found it at there BC location and before I could even say I would love to have it brought in she said well looking at me funny “You do realize you have to pay for all this up front then we will bring it in if it doesn’t fit we will refund you !! “ what the heck I felt so horrible!! Like she thought I didn’t have money ! Funny I own a restaurant with my husband and run a clinic in the day as well ! I’m a very hard worker and can afford things but decided to dress comfortable on my one day off and I got treated like that well out looking for an outfit for my sons graduation and my 50th Birthday .. I sat in my car for almost an hour and actually cried as never in my life have I felt so bad makes me sad I really wanted that outfit !

I have always enjoyed my experience shopping at this wonderful boutique. The customer service is second to none. Focus is on finding out what the customer wants, assists people to create a complete fashionable look. I would rather have a few special pieces in my closet than one full of items I end up giving away!

This boutique offers affordable fashion to working women but premium and quality-focused fashion territory, elegantly flattering rather than overly revealing. Was in t The West Hills location and one of the employees was EXTREMELY rude to not only me, my daughter and the other employee working that day. I asked her to take down a vest for me as I was holding my daughter and she slammed it down on the rack and walked away. She rushed both the employee and I thru cash out because she had her own customer waiting. Completely cold, unfriendly, unwilling to help and all at a shop that sells higher end clothing. That lady should NOT be working in customer service. Ever.
