We were buying sight-unseen, and Teresa went above and way beyond with due diligence and getting information for us to help aid in our decision. She did a Facetime walk through with us and helped us with great local resources for inspection, document review and legal services that we were very happy with. She communicated with us consistently throughout the process and ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible and took all our worries away. I would highly recommend Teresa when looking for your new home!

It was a tough negotiation but with her creative yet friendly approach, she made it happen! I have and would highly recommend Teresa for many reasons. She truly cares about what is best for her clients, she stays in touch throughout and after the process, she works well with other realtors and she has a mortgage background. I just recommended Teresa to my brother and sister-in-law. Their experience was just as good as mine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teresa makes buying a home simple (as simple as I can say this). She listens in order to show you the places you actually want to see (easy to say, not easy to do). She takes careful considerations when giving advice about properties: location, all fees, resale value of units around them etc. This is where the magic happens: her team takes care of everything you might think of, and many items you didn't. It's just the total package from A-Z. We never thought we could purchase a rental property, and always thought it would be out of reach/scope. Teresa made purchasing fun and exciting, she showed possibilities we never even thought of. We will never go through another realtor, she is just that good, and that trustworthy! This sounds salesman like, but: if you want the job done right, hire Teresa. We personally promise you she is amazing!
