★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are incredibly rude and very in helpful. My sons grandmother bought him a pair of sandals from this store (never again) they were horrible quality and caused huge blisters almost immediately after putting them on. And they refuse to return their poor quality product that caused a child pain because it had a small amount of wear on them.
I will never again shop at this store because of the awful service and probably won’t shop at Carter’s in general after realizing how low quality they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice experience today with the staff.. particularly Jennifer.. she was kind, helped us find the rain jacket and shoes we were looking for and helped our daughter try out so many options… she was extremely patient and helpful.. I hope she remains in the store(I have found new faces every time we go to the store!) - it will be a pleasure to work with Jennifer in our next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a winter coat from here (Signal Hill) for my son a couple months back and the zipper broke completely. Did not keep the receipt as I have never had a complaint with Carter’s before. Store manager Linda an the assistant manager were super cooperative and understanding and exchanged the coat for a new one :) Amazing customer service ! A great place to shop for your lil ones!
