★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Little Footprints. We always have a positive experience, even when it is busy. Today there was no line to get in (a typical side effect of covid). The employees are seriously the best at picking which shoes will work best for each of my kids. Then they make sure they fit great and are excellent at predicting when the kids feet will grow (putting them in the right size to last at least a season). We only get our kids shoes from here, why bother going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend!! Ever since our first child was in need of footwear, this shop has been our go-to place. The owners are amazing in their knowledge of the needs of growing little feet. Two of our kids' feet didn't work with the more common footwear brands, and the team at Little Footprints were able to identify their needs, and have consistently helped us to find good quality, suitable shoes for our kids. We drive across the city to buy here for our children and have been doing so for the past 8+ years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have shopped at Little Footprints twice now and we won’t shop anywhere else now. The first time our daughter was 16 months and not yet walking. The staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what shoes she needed to straighten her posture. She started walking shortly after.
Our second visit was this week. We went to Little Footprints to buy our son a pair of shoes because he has flat feet and a high arch, and another specialty shoe store couldn’t find him a pair that fit. I cannot praise Jasmine at Little Footprints enough. She engaged with my son from the moment we walked in- he went from grumpy to joking around with her. She got him to run in the shoes and “jump to the ceiling”. Every pair he tried on she explained what it was doing to his knee alignment, posture, and form. We found the perfect pair that doesn’t hurt his feet!
Their prices are very reasonable, they have amazing selection, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. We will be exclusively shopping at Little Footprints from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Finding specialized shoes for my son is challenging however Little Footprints has a great variety of footwear. I also love how personable the staff/owners are. I highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wasn't impressed. went there 3 years ago with my eldest and they were great. The owner took the time to measure her feet and watch her walk and really seemed to care about fitting the right shoes for my daughter. I just took my youngest to do the same. I called ahead of time to make sure the owner would be there, when we got there after an hours drive, she just sat in the back and sent other workers in the shop to deal with us. They kept running to the back to ask the questions we were asking and the shop was empty so no reason why the owner couldn't deal with us. I don't feel my daughter got a good pair of fitting shoes in the end. I feel that customer service has gone down hill in this shop and I wouldnt go back there again. definitely wasn't worth the drive and their shoes are more expensive than other shoe stores. I wouldnt mind paying a bit extra if I knew they cared to fit the perfect shoe for my 1 year old but I don't feel she got fitted any better, I basically looked at the shoe she walked "the best in " out of the 5 pair they gave us, and they said yes those are the best. she definitely wasn't walking good in them at all but it was the best out of what they had in the shop. I also asked for stride rite shoes as I know they are an excellent shoe for a first shoe and were excellent for my eldest, but they said they didn't have any but they would find a good shoe out of the makes they did have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is fantastic. The owners are so friendly and wonderful to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about children’s foot wear. Their products are incredible quality and really hold up to the use of a child. My child was a late walker and the shoes they recommended for him made a HUGE difference in the way he walked, his stability, and his confidence in trying to walk. My child ended up needing SMOs (rigid braces/orthotics) and we were really struggling to find durable shoes to fit them here in BC. Because of our wonderful previous experience I reached out to Little Footprints right away. They remembered us which was so sweet and personal (they really care about their clients) and got us on a zoom call right away, did an assessment, made a recommendation and had the shoes to us ASAP! The shoes have been awesome! They have made it easier for my child to walk in his SMOs and they have been extremely durable. They have survived all day wear and play and still look like new. Amazing people, amazing service, amazing products. If you need help for your child get in touch with Little Footprints. This company has made such a difference in my child’s life. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and the wonderful service they provide. I recommend this company to everyone!

The young woman helping us was extremely knowledgeable and kind, she measured my daughter's foot and gave us lots of options to try. She even watched her "walk" in each pair of shoes she tried (she's not walking by herself yet) and told us which ones worked the best for her. I would definitely suggest visiting if you're looking for baby or children's shoes!
