★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are generally friendly and helpful. Stock levels are quite low but I think this is industry wide based on the increased focus of outdoor activities during the pandemic. Store could definitely use some updating to make it a little more current as visual merchandising opportunities are limited by the space and layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store has great collection of almost everything one might need for hiking/camping (has a sale too on few items). The store was about to close in few mins and I was bit hesitant to go in at the last moment but the guy inside saw me by the entrance, and he was very welcoming. I already knew what I was getting so he helped me find and pick up the item without rushing unlike most other stores.

I recently had to deal with a defective product I had to return and Michael made sure the whole process was painless and got me the right replacement for my needs. Great customer service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited your store with the intention to buy a set of hiking boots and was ready to spend up to $250. As I began to view the different hiking boots I noticed the retail clerk was standing beside me helping a man buy an expensive pair of Keens. I stood there for 10 minutes, wondering what hiking boots to buy, and at no time I was offered help by the clerk. Perhaps I was not enough or valuable to the store attendant, and so after 10 minutes of not being spoken to or approached or treated I left and took my business elsewhere. Your loss!!!
