★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been going to Pearl Vision in Market Mall for eye exams and glasses for many years and the experience has always been 5 stars! Today, Kelly helped our budget conscious son pick out a pair of great looking glasses and work out the details with his insurance company. We found her genuinely pleasant, eager to help and she even did an amazing temporary repair on his broken glasses to tide him over until the new ones are ready. Thank you for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! My frames were not sitting well and they tried to do as best as possible every time I went there to get it adjusted. They also offered to replace the frame if I was not fully comfortable with it. In the end I did go for a change and they happily did that. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks PV @ Market Mall !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy glasses here if you have special needs with your glasses. I have one frosted lens, that I have had since 2001, because of a very rare disease that damaged my retina (I won’t go into detail because it isn’t important for this review). In all these years I have never had a problem ordering one frosted lens, not even with Pearle Vision (years ago in Edmonton). I ordered my glasses the endof March 2022 from the Assistant Manager of the Market Mall location, she was helpful and friendly, we even talked about my frosted lens. Yes, she was the one that didn’t make note that I needed one lens frosted, but I am not upset with her, I am upset with the Manager. I went to pick up my glasses April 16, the manager took them out and put them on the counter as she did something on the computer. When I commented that these aren’t frosted, she said “So? We don’t do that.”, I then explained that I want my money back. She told me to just “get used to not having a frosted lens”, and how in her ten years of working optical she has never seen someone needing a frosted lens. She was rude, dismissive and treated me like it was my fault my glasses were done wrong. I was then told it would take at least 3 weeks for the money to be returned to my insurance and “do I still want to do the return?”. This woman has no clue when it comes to customer service.
When I got home, I contacted pearle vision customer service through email, and even tried phoning, I still have received no reply. I won’t be buying anything through them again

It was her amazing attitude, kindness, and personality that made the experience magical! She was patient with our large young family and was great with our kids!!! If there was a way to give 6 or more stars I would without question!

I received excellent service from both Brenna and Aida who assisted me. Frames are really nice, modern, and reasonably priced. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Pearle Vision to others.
