★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Bonlook are knowledgeable and friendly. They had no issues removing lenses for me on (some floor models were with sunglasses lenses) so I could make the right choice. I have worn glasses for over 20 years, and work in customer service, so I really care about what type of treatment I get. The store was organized and had a lot of space. They made it easy, and they didn’t pressure me to get unwarranted upsells for my new specs. I’m stoked to go pick them up in a few weeks! I have been shopping and Ollie Quinn and Bailey Nelson and found these folks were a lot more knowledgeable which means they likely have great training. Thanks, Bonlook!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience at Bon Look! Felicia and Sandy were so helpful from the very beginning. Once I had decided on a pair of glasses, the process was very quick and these two lovely ladies were very efficient. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete waste of time and money. Ordered a pair just to wait a few weeks to figure out they did not process the payment. Had to go in. Then they made mistake. Another few days. Then another mistake. And now the glasses are unstable because it’s blurry in the middle. All we wanted was computer glasses and not anything else. And they made it so complicated that it’s not even usable. An now they blame the prescription! lol yeah, good luck if you are dealing with these guys.
The one star is for the discounts they gave because of the multiple mistakes they made to prepare glasses that are not usable ultimately.
UPDATE: per reply I received, I contacted support and all they did was asked the store and store told them the prescription was no accurate. It worked when we went to another place for a lot cheaper and lot faster. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Straight to the point, with thier tier standard pricing! Rabia was helping me out, I walked in a few hours before I came back she remembered which ones caught my attention, even though I went with another pair. She was patient and clear with her communication and not pushy at all compared to other places I went to to only find out the glasses with lenses come close to $800. Pair I choose with blue light and my prescription was around $350. And they do direct billing with insurance! Even during the cashing out, other employees were engaging and happy!! Can't wait for the glasses to come in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had terrible experiences here; they can never adjust my glasses to sit on my face properly and once they broke the arm of my nose pad while adjusting them. I've had to go to the Chinook location to have my lenses sanded down and they sanded them down so much that there was a gap between the lens and the frame. Some of their opticians just aren't very skilled and I've had too many frustrating experiences to ever go back. Plus BonLook doesn't offer any warranty if you damage your glasses. I've switched to Lens Crafters since and they were able to adjust my old glasses from here better in 5 minutes than what one of the BonLook opticians could do in 30. If you want cheap glasses and terrible service then come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific! This company needs to train the majority of their employees on HOW to provide excellent customer service. After 7 weeks of waiting, I was given a pair of glasses that were unusable. It was10 weeks, after fighting for it, I finally received a refund. Only 1 person (the person that granted the refund) was helpful out of the MANY I communicated with at the store level and at the support level. I'm writing this for closure to one of the worst experiences I've had in the past year.
